In this paper,based on the study of the transient electromagnetic method at home and abroad,from the Angle of combining theory and practice,further discusses the ground of the related application of transient electromagnetic method technology,the technique of transient electromagnetic method are verified through the instance on the detection of coal fire area hydrogeology has higher accuracy and superiority.In order to solve the problem of rich water in the coal mine in the coal mine safety and efficient mining,the concrete exploration means and solution are put forward.Based on the basic theory and method of transient electromagnetic method,the water abundance of burned area is studied in this paper.Based on the stratum characteristics and logging data of the coal mine burned area in the Jurassic coal field in Northern Shanxi,the geoelectric model of the burned area is established,and the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation is carried out.The response characteristics of transient electromagnetic curves under normal formation,partial water filling in burning area and full filling of fire area were simulated respectively.The response characteristics of transient electromagnetic method under different water rich conditions are analyzed and discussed.The rationality of transient electromagnetic method for detecting water abundance in fire area is verified theoretically.HongLiuLin coal mine in shanxi coal group 1-2 coal,2-2 coal,3-1 coal,4-2 coal fire area hydrogeology transient electromagnetic method to detect,for example,using the theories of geophysical prospecting and hydrology,geology theory as the guide,by adopting the combination of geophysical exploration and drilling methods to detect water-rich range of coal seam fire area.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The distribution ranges of 1-2 coal,2-2 coal,3-1 coal,4-2 coal seam roof rock strata and the low resistivity abnormal area in the fire area were determined by ground transient electromagnetic method.(2)Based on the geological and hydrogeological data,the water-rich range of 1-2 coal,2-2 coal,3-1 coal and 4-2 coal seam fire was inferred,and the water-rich characteristics were analyzed.(3)Combination with drilling exploration data to identify areas of fire area hydrogeology is verified,which show that by using the transient electromagnetic method to probe north shanxi Jurassic coal bearing strata fire area rich water has a certain accuracy and superiority.The results can be used to solve the water-rich in coal mine fire area.
