Red tide is one of the most serious Marine disasters at present,which can cause damage to Marine fishery and ecological resources,as well as to human health.Frequent occurrence of red tides in coastal region of zhejiang province in recent years,the scale and economic losses caused by increasing year by year,completes the red tide disaster research work and minimize the economic losses become imperative.For a long time,China's offshore red tide disaster monitoring and early warning,mainly fishermen report,volunteers found supplemented by cruising boats patrol aircraft,environmental protection,macroscopic,timeliness is relatively poor,and the testing cost is relatively high,can't satisfy the offshore Marine and coastal zone and the needs of the development of environmental protection.With satellite remote sensing technology becoming more mature and enrich the data source,its wide range,all-weather,all-day,more highlights the advantages of dynamic monitoring,able to provide routine surveillance of red tide disasters can not open the data security,effectively made up for the high cost of routine surveillance,monitoring site,time and space continuity without,less difficult to fully and timely reaction occurrence and development of red tide disasters.Web GIS technology is based on Web platform to realize the distribution and application of geographic data.It has the advantages of easy operation,strong sharing,good compatibility and so on.It is the development trend of GIS technology.For Marine fishery and fishery insurance,Marine tourism industry or individual with red tide information needs can get red tides of information timely,convenient,at the same time as a line monitoring department provides a quick monitoring information,this study Super Map i Server for Web GIS platform development of zhejiang coastal red tidedisaster satellite remote sensing monitoring system.The main research work and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)this paper introduces the technology related to Web application development and the concept of Web GIS,function and structure,etc.,analyzed the commercial Web GIS platform and open source Web GIS platform their advantages,and the main function of service,browser compatibility,and software maturity,etc.(2)based on the development of traditional Web GIS,use the development mode of the front and rear end separation,use nodejs as the front-end server,and use the vue framework for front-end development;Tomcat as backend server page,Super Map i Server as Web GIS server release geographic information data,and make the front more convenient use restful API calls the backend services,front and back side through the axios data communication.(3)in the extraction of red tide and chlorophyll,data of multiple polar orbits and stationary satellites are used,and the optimal data can be selected according to the relevant band implementation.Through the mouse event of Super Map i Client for Leaflet,the visual and basic functions of the site's front-end geographic information are realized,zoomed in,reduced,translated,etc.,and the distance and area are measured on the map.
