Statistical Analysis Based On Nested Logit Model

This paper mainly studies the generalized extreme value family model,focuses on the multiple logit models and nested logit models in the generalized extreme value family model,and gives a detailed description and proof of important conclusions in the model.Based on the nested logit models,the data of the heating and central cooling system in the newly built houses in California is analyzed,and the maximum likelihood estimation method is used to estimate the parameters.The analysis result is that installation costs,operating costs,and total household income are the main influence factors of choosing the heating system.So when considering the choice of heating system,these three factors should be considered.
