| Saturation diving is a type of diving that is suitable for large depths and long-time operations.There are three main types of operating systems for saturated submersibles: deck pressurized tank systems,underwater residential tank systems,and access deep diving systems.The saturated submersible operation system adopted in our country is a deck pressurized cabin system.This system is mainly composed of a diving working mother ship,a deck pressurized cabin,and a diving bell.The diver pressurizes or waits in the deck pressurized cabin.When working,he uses a diving bell to transport the diver to dive to work underwater.When performing a saturated diving operation,the diving bell needs to be lifted from the deck of the working mother ship to the surface of the sea,and then the diving bell carrying the diver is lowered to a specified depth of the underwater.In this process,due to the weight of the diving bell itself and the increasing environmental pressure during the dive process,the diving bell inevitably needs to constantly control and monitor the bell environment.In order to ensure the diver’s life safety and other factors,it is necessary to operate.The precise and skilled personnel perform the operation of the diving bell control system.Therefore,in order for the operator to master the operation flow of the diving bell in the actual operation process,the operator must perform the simulation training of the operating flow of the diving bell control system.In order to simulate the operational flow of the operation of a saturated diving diving bell,a full-scale diving bell simulation training system was developed based on the study of the saturation diving diving bell control system,which mainly realizes the diving bell plus decompression,voltage regulation,oxygen supplementation,and respiration.Masking gas supply,gas analyzer calibration and a series of operating conditions simulation training and assessment.The simulation training system uses the diving clock analog console PLC signal acquisition processor to collect the operation data of each step of the diving training under different working conditions of the diving bell,and then sends the operation data packaged to the diving clock simulation console client.After the client receives and unpacks,the operation score is given and stored in the database of the central management system.The instructor can judge the degree of familiarity of the training personnel with the operation procedure according to the training personnel assessment score.The main content of this article consists of the following five parts.First,introduce the current development and research status of saturated diving and diving clock simulation training system at home and abroad;second,introduced the composition and function of the diving clock simulation training system,elaborated the hardware structure of the simulation training system,and selected and reformed the key equipment.And the shape of the simulation console;Third,a detailed study of the design diving bell simulation training program,based on the 300-meter saturated diving medical support and saturation diving expert review comments,summed up the saturation diving bells under each operating conditions of the specific operation process,and combined with the system functions to elaborate the specific implementation process;Fourth,put forward the overall planning of the software,developed the diving bell simulation training system software,including the lower computer PLC signal acquisition processor program,the host computer client interface program;Fifth,System overall network joint debugging,test system function and performance,debugging results score management logic and algorithm,according to the debugging results in the debugging process to modify the function module,and constantly improve and improve the overall function and performance of the system..In the summary and prospect part of the paper,the work which has been completed is summed up,the lack of system is pointed out,and meanwhile,the relevant suggestions for improvement is put forward. |
