Considering a many-server queueing model with service interruption and infinite waiting space(based on G/M/n+M model),With unscaled service interruption times,we obtain a FWLLN for the queue process(the number of customers in queue),and the effect of service interruption on the limit is the form of the integral in heavy traffic.Through analyzing the performance of customers in the model under discrete condition,we convert the many-server desk conditions into vectors in the algorithm, and finally establish many-server model simulation algorithm with service interruption.Using M/M/n + M as an example,we analyze the relationship between service interruption and customer loss rate. The conclusion shows that it is only related to the length of the interruption;at the same load intensity condition, the effect of the loss of customers is proportional to the number of serve desks. For the many-server queuing model with service interruption and limited waiting space(based on G/M/n+M model),With unscaled service interruption times,we obtain a FWLLN for the number of customers in system where the limit is an ordinary differential equation in a two-state random environment in heavy traffic, and the customer's virtual waiting time is closely related to the number of customers in system. In addition, analyzing the performance of customers in the model under discrete condition,we convert the limited space conditions into vectors in the algorithm and establish a simulation algorithm for a many-server queuing system with service interruption and limited waiting space model.Using M/M/n/K+M as an example,we analyze the impact of service interruption and limited waiting space. The conclusion shows that the overall service interruption time can be seen as a special case of alternating “on” and “off” interrupt times. The loss of customers is only related to the total length of interruption,in the condition of limited waiting space,it is inversely proportional to the number of service desks.
