Production of laser products are sold throughout the country,widely used in laser processing,cutting,drilling and welding,and other fields.However,once the laser produced by the enterprise is sold,it loses contact,and the enterprise can not collect the relevant data of the laser to provide data support for product development,technological transformation,marketing and after-sales service.In this paper,the remote cloud monitoring system for axis-fast CO2 lasers(not limited to lasers)is studied by the "Internet + Laser" model.Laser fault data acquisition is realized by collecting laser data,and maintenance and upgrade of lasers R & D to provide data support.In this paper,we discuss the acquisition of parameters such as voltage,current,temperature and pressure of the laser control card module,and local data processing through the monitoring board,upload to the cloud server and realize the wide area network communication.In this paper,the market analysis of the laser cloud monitoring system is carried out,and the functional requirements of the system are given,and the overall design of the system is obtained.In accordance with the overall design of the subject to the system's hardware design,onboard system migration,data transmission and data processing to expand each of the four modules were designed in detail.PLC collects the data of the laser,ARM development board as the core of the monitoring board to process the data,according to iterative development way,realize the data transmission of the development board and the laser PLC through the serial port communication,realize the data uploading to the cloud server through the Ethernet interface,Network status under the local storage,networking,upload data and other functions,and finally through the Web page shows the information collected by the server.The whole process to maintain the cloud monitoring system debugging,to ensure system stability.The laser cloud monitoring system designed in this paper can monitor the laser in all directions and provide the convenience for the real-time control and trouble-shooting of the laser.It has a wide range of market demand and economic value.
