Taxonomic Study On The Subfamily Amiseginae From China(Hymenoptera: Chrysididae)

In the present thesis,classification on the subfamily Amiseginae(Hymenoptera:Chrysididae)of China from Shandong,zhejiang,Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Guangdong,Guangxi,Fujian,Hainan and Taiwan was studied.The taxonomic history,morphology and host ranges were briefly reviewed and the taxonomy on Amiseginae from China was studied in detail.Twenty-three species in 10 genara were recognized,of which the Cladobethylus japonicus Kimsey 1986 was a new record of China and 20 species were new to science.The 20 new species were listed as follows: 2 Kryptosega,K.sinensis sp.Nov.,K.albula sp.Nov.;1 Indothrix,I.brevicornis sp.Nov.;1 Isegama,I.sinica sp.nov.;1Imasega,I.bicolor sp.nov.;2 Cladobethylus,C.flavus sp.Nov.,C.miostictus sp.nov.;3Noumeasega,N.gracilenta sp.Nov.,N.angusta sp.Nov.,N.complana sp.nov.;3Calosega,C.quadrata sp.Nov.,C.papilionacea sp.Nov.,C.melanoloma sp.nov.;2Bupon,B.retinervis sp.Nov.,B.maliformis sp.nov.;5 Magdalium,M.capricornis sp.Nov.,M.ungulatum sp.Nov.,M.manicatum sp.Nov.,M.grammicum sp.Nov.,Magdalim brevinodium sp.nov..All species were detailedly decribed,including the morphology,distribution,remarks and etymology.The keys to species of each genera were provided.All the examined species were deposited in the Hymenoptera Collection of South China Agricultural University.
