Brucella is an intracellular parasite,Corynebacterium parvum,Gram-negative,cattle,sheep,pigs,dogs and camels, deer and other animals may be infected.By contact with the infected animals or infected food and laboratory contact can spread the disease to humans, causing Brucellosis, brucellosis in cattle and sheep outbreaks, which will lead to pregnant maternal mass miscarriage and reduced milk production, economic losses are serious. Therefore, the establishment and study of brucellosis model is of great significance for the prevention and control of brucellosis. In this article,we established direct and indirect transmission models of bovine Brucella and the sheep Brucella virus transmission model with various stages(lamb to adult sheep).Chapter 1 mainly states the significance of establishing and studying the model of brucellosis for the prevention and control of brucellosis, the background of on the study model. In chapter 2,we consider a direct and indirect tramsmission model of Bovine brucellosis.By constructing a Lyapunov function,it is proved that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotic when the basic reproduction number is R0<1 On the contrary, when R0>1,the endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable. Finally, the global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium of endemic diseases is obtained through numerical simulation. In chapter 3,we have established a sheep Brucella dynamic model of including different stages.Through calculation, the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium of the model are obtained, and the basic reproduction number is defined as R0.When R0<1,the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable;on the contrary, the endemic equilibrium is asymptotically stable when R0>1.Finally,the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulation.Chapter 4 considered the human-sheep mixed Brucella virus transmission mod-el with indirect transmission. The population was divided into susceptible popula-tion,acutely infected patient population and chronically infected patient population. When discussing the model, the model is divided into two parts to discuss its global asymptotic stability.
