At present,laser technology is widely used in industrial processing.The laser pulses used for laser micro texturing are mostly nanosecond and millisecond,which belong to long pulse lasers and will inevitably bring about thermal effects.The ultra short pulse laser is mainly used in cold ablation micro-machining,which can remove materials without heat influence,thus avoiding a series of negative effects caused by traditional laser processing,and also eliminating the subsequent processing steps.In view of this,the research on picosecond laser processing system is carried out.Using ARM STM32 as control center,C++language is used to design related software and complete the development of control system.Firstly,the application and application of multifunctional picosecond laser processing equipment are introduced from the overall function.From the design function,the system is divided into three modules:hardware system,software system and strong power system,and the functions of each part of the three modules are introduced.At the same time,the development tools of hardware and software systems are determined,and the selection of the three-dimensional mobile platform,picosecond laser,optical focusing system(including straight arm cutting head,scanning galvanometer,and rotary cutting device)and control chip in the hardware system module were completed.Secondly,the hardware system is designed,which mainly includes 3D platform motion control module,laser control module,SPI serial interface communication module,USB virtual serial communication module,DRM remote management module and infrared hand-held wireless remote control module.Then the design of the system software function module is completed,including the serial sharing software program module,the 3D mobile platform mobile software sub module,the laser control software sub module,the plane laser processing software sub module and the DRM remote management software sub module.At the end of this paper,the device was mainly used for the study of picosecond laser micro-texture process experiments.The test materials include 45~#steel,glass and silicon chip.The laser micro-pits and microgrooves are tested on these three materials,and the influence of picosecond laser process parameters on the micro-texture morphology is explored and summarized.The results show that for 45~#steel,the depth and width of the micro-pits increase with the increase of current.The depth and width of the microgrooves increase first and then decrease with the increase of the current.The depth and width of the microgrooves decrease with the increase of the current,and the depth and width of the microgrooves increase first and then increase with the increase of the scanning speed.In addition,the depth first increases and then decreases,and the width increases gradually.
