| Bifenthrin(BF)is a pyrethroid pesticide, which is also known as pyrethroid, also known as perchloromulthrin. The other name is uranus and acarin. It has broad spectrum, high efficiency and rapid characteristics. It has strong lipophilicity, and it will keep light and heat in the field environment.but under natural conditions, the residual effect period of permethrin is long, the degradation ability in the ecological environment is low,in crops and fruit trees.Tea and cotton have obvious advantages in pest control. In the process of pesticide application, the residual pesticides will eventually enter the water environment with the flow of streams and rainwater, and endanger aquatic and ecological environment. As the food chain enters the human environment,it threatens the health of the human body indirectly.Misgurnu anguillicaudatus, which is particularly sensitive to the water environment,is used as the experimental material, and the toxicological experiment method is used to the toxic effect of the Bifenthrin in the toxicological experiment. In this study, the toxic effects of Bifenthrin on Loach were studied in five parts, such as acute toxicity, genotoxicity, liver antioxidant enzyme activity, estrogen effect, and gonadotropin section. The results are as follows:1.The acute toxicity effect of Bifenthrin on loachThe acute toxicity of Bifenthrin to loach was investigated by 96 h hydrostatic experiment. The semi lethal concentration of 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h were calculated respectively: 53.13,38.32,32.04,25.45 μg/L,and the safety concentration was 5.98 μg/L,indicating that the concentration of Bifenthrin in the loach was in the loach,It is a highly toxic pesticide pollutant.2.The micronucleus effect of erythrocytes of Bifenthrin on loachThe study on the genotoxicity of Bifenthrin to the loach found that the micronucleus was induced in the peripheral blood erythrocytes of the loach, and a large number of red nuclei appeared abnormal. With the increase of the concentration of Bifenthrin, the micronucleus rate of the loach was greatly increased, and the micronucleus rate reached a high level in the maximum concentration of 4.18 μg/L.With the prolonged stress time, the micronucleus rate also increased obviously, indicating that the Bifenthrin was on the mud.Loach has obvious genotoxicity and has time dose effect.3.The physiological antioxidase toxicity effect of Bifenthrin on loachThe activity of Bifenthrin on the physiological antioxidant enzyme of loach found that the activity of SOD and CAT in the liver of the loach showed a tendency to rise first and then descend.Under the seventh day treatment, the activity of SOD and CAT in the loach treated with 1.43,2.04 and 2.92 μg/L increased significantly. With the prolongation of the stress time, both SOD and CAT showed a decreasing trend. And the reduction of CAT was larger than that of SOD.It showed that Bifenthrin had a physiological toxicity on Loach Liver, and the activity of CAT activity was stronger than that of SOD.4.The influnce of the vitellogenin content of on Bifenthrin loachBy measuring the content of yolk protein in the male loach, the content of VTG increased significantly with the increase of the concentration of Bifenthrin. With the prolonged exposure time, the content of VTG increased significantly. The content of VTG in the highest concentration group of 4.18 μg/L exposed 28 d was the largest, indicating that the content of VTG in the loach could be significantly increased and had obvious estrogen effect.5.The toxic effects of the gonadal tissue of Bifenthrin stress on loachFrom the gonadal tissue section of loach,it was observed that the structure of the testis was poorly developed, the number of germ cells decreased, the tissue became loose, the development of spermatocyte was inhibited, the oocyte in the ovarian tissue was obviously reduced, the space of the cells increased, the large space was formed, and the number of particles increased obviously. It is related to the estrogen effect of Bifenthrin. After the prolonged exposure time,a large number of oocytes were atrophied, the toxic effects were significant, the ovarian structure was damaged, the development and reproduction of oocytes were inhibited, and the reproductive toxicity of the loach was produced. |
