As a physical structure,the microcavity quantum dot system plays an important role in the field of quantum optics.This type of system is expected to serve as a quantum computing unit,and it can be used in the field of quantum computing and quantum communication in the future,and thus has received extensive attention from scientific researchers.In recent years,the waveguide system has been used as an input and output channel to introduce the light field into the microcavity quantum dot structure,and studying the interaction of the entire system has become a new idea for the study of such systems.This kind of structure can be integrated on a substrate and combined with other optical devices to form a composite device,which has important research value.At present,people have done a comprehensive study of the interaction characteristics of single quantum dot microcavities and obtained rich results.However,for the case of multiple quantum dot systems,there is a lack of considerations for the interaction between quantum dots,and There are few researches on the interaction between multilevel waveguides and microcavity-quantum dots.This article focuses on such structure,establishes the coupling structure of two quantum dots microcavity and waveguide,starts from the main equation of quantum mechanics,obtains the interaction relationship of microcavity quantum dots,and uses input and output principles at different input pumping strengths.The transmission characteristics of the system are solved,and the transmission line of the system and the corresponding photon number information of the microcavity are obtained.At the same time,using the equation of motion to solve the results under approximate conditions,compared with the numerical results.After that,the influence of the interaction between quantum dots on the system is taken into account,and the Hamiltonian of interaction between quantum dots is constructed.The change of the input and output results after the interaction of the system with quantum dots is investigated.In the end,the influence of energy level structure of quantum dots on the system is investigated in this paper.The energy level of quantum dots is changed to three-level,and the influence of the addition of the third energy level on the transmission spectrum and steady photon number of the system is studied.
