The traditional denitrification process has many disadvantages,such as long process flow,large area of land,and the whole process of denitrification must be carried out in different reactors.The aerobic denitrifying bacteria used in this paper have the advantages of rapid growth,strong adaptability and high efficiency of denitrifying,so it is regarded as a good denitrifying process.As a kind of common natural tourmaline boron silicate minerals,can form a certain spontaneous electric field,and plays a promoting role in the degradation of pollutants,so the microbes to spontaneous electric field under the action of the activity of the tourmaline.Based on the above reasons,the denitrification mechanism of aerobic denitrifying bacteria was studied.This topic to aerobic denitrifying bacteria Pseudomonas sp.T13 and Chifeng tourmaline as the research object,through in the reaction system of ion motion law,bacteria such as enzyme activity,membrane permeability in the explanations of tourmaline promoting mechanism of aerobic denitrification process.At the same time,the kinetics and mechanism of the reaction are preliminarily discussed,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the denitrification and denitrification process of tourmaline and aerobic denitrification,and guide the optimization of the actual wastewater treatment process.Tourmaline can adjust the p H of the solution,and is affected by the addition of tourmaline,the mixing strength and the temperature.The essence of its regulation is that the spontaneous electric field formed by tourmaline promotes the motion of H+,K+ and Na+ plasma in solution.While increasing the velocity of ions,the potential energy of spontaneous electric field can be converted into activation energy to supply the reaction,so as to promote the reaction.To investigate the growth and metabolism of Pseudomonas sp.T13,denitrifying bacteria were promoted by tourmaline.Under the action of 2.0 g/L tourmaline,the generation time of aerobic denitrifying bacteria was shortened to 3.78 h,and the nitrogen removal rate was accelerated.Through the determination of total aerobic denitrifying bacteria in different growth periods ATP enzyme activity,found the tourmaline total strain T13 ATP enzyme activity can be increased by 2.99 times,while promoting the membrane material transport rate speed up.Because tourmaline promotes the ionic movement rate in the system,more substrates and nutrients enter cells to participate in the growth and metabolism of bacteria within a unit time,so the metabolism of bacteria is more vigorous.Since the bacteria were separated from tourmaline,the metabolic level of growth was restored to that of pure culture.Therefore,it is proved that the conformation and genome of the enzyme protein in strain T13 will not be changed by the action of tourmaline,which only promotes the growth and metabolism rate of bacteria.In order to quantify the influence of tourmaline on the denitrification process of aerobic denitrifying bacteria T13,a kinetic model was constructed to investigate the influence of tourmaline on the growth and substrate degradation.Results show that without the tourmaline tourmaline stimulation and the stimulation of cultivated strain T13 yield coefficient Y 9% difference,proved the tourmaline does not make aerobic denitrifying bacteria denitrification pathways and efficiency change,but the way to improve the reaction rate,speed up the denitrification.
