Effects of livestock wastewater treatment of high concentration ammonia constructed wetland system significantly but myriophyllum aquaticum removal effect mechanism of high concentration of ammonia in the wastewater is not clear. The experiment was set up different levels of concentration of ammonium, nitrate and ammonium ratio and p H processing, research on the physiological characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus uptake of myriophyllum aquaticum. The results were as follows:1)The growth of Myriophyllum aquaticum was in a good state in amomonia environment ranging from 14 to 210 mg·L-1 amomonia. There was no significant difference in growth rate of stalk and biomass of 210,70 and 14 mg·L-1amomonia treatments, and growth rate of stalk and biomass are 2.03 cm·d-1?0.053 g·(g-1·d-1)(14mg·L-1),2.08 cm·d-1?0.054 g·(g-1·d-1)(70mg·L-1)respectively.The high ammonia environment maybe cause more serious damage to plants than none or low nitrogen environment. The MDA concentration of emergent parts under none nitrogen environment was 3.71 times higher than that under 420 mg·L-1 amomonia environment, while those of submergent part are not significantly.2)The total nitrogen concentration of plants increased with ammonia concentration, which in the shoot and submergent part were 49.92 and 36.94 mg·g-1,respectively.The maximum uptake velocity was 11mg N g-11 h-1.Under the 70-420mg·L-1 ammonia environment, the total nitrogen and total phosphorus of plants varied from 30.7 to 53.7 mg·g-1 3.7 to 7.7 mg·g-1 respectively.3)The growth of Myriophyllum aquaticum optimized under the condition of NH4+:NO3-=3:1,which relative biomass and shoot height is 7.59 and 5.16 times than the treatment of NH4+:NO3-=3:1.The accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus was the highest up to 22.76 mg each shoot under the NH4+:NO3-=1:1 condition, and to22.60 mg each plant under the NH4+:NO3-=3:1 condition.4)Though significant difference was not found,Myriophyllum aquaticum growed better under pH=7 than under pH=4-6,and the content of nitrogen and phosphorus of plants under pH=7 was slightly higher than under pH=4-6.When pH=8,the plants were damaged severely, with the relative shoot height, relative biomass and water content decrease significantly, the total nitrogen?leaves and shoot?,total phosphrous?stalk, leaves and shoot?also decrease significantly.
