With the development of computer technology and biotechnology,gene sequencing technology has gradually matured and gradually applied to guide various medical applications.In order to further analyze the roles and effects of each gene in the gene sequence,it is of great significance to perform sequencing analysis based on computer statistics for the sequencing genome.This paper focuses on the analysis of a non-coding RNA gene sequencing data in a multicellular genome.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:1.The background and current status of the gene sequencing data analysis technique are analyzed.Firstly,the discovery,concept,characteristics and main functions of miRNAs are described;secondly,the current status of existing mi RNA sequencing technologies is summarized;then,the main problems existing in current research are pointed out;finally,the basic ideas and main methods for sequencing data analysis based on Galaxy platform and miRspring are given out.2.A sequencing data analysis method based on Galaxy platform and mi Rspring is proposed.This method integrates the Galaxy platform with the miRspring software,and visualizes sequencing data to analyze the miRNA sequences,which enables the analysis and comparison of various sequencing data and the exploration of multiple types of sequencing data.The proposed method can guide the practical applications of sequencing data as well.3.A sequencing data analysis system based on the Galaxy platform and miRspring is designed.The system includes a data preprocessing module,an integrated Galaxy platform and miRspring module,a visualization result presentation module,and a comparison analysis module,to realize the analysis and mining of mi RNA sequencing data.The system can perform comparative analysis for normal and abnormally sequenced genomes to find genetic indicators that characterize abnormalities or diseases and has good versatility.4.The functions and performance of the proposed system are test and analyzed.Firstly,the functions of the data preprocessing module are test by performing adapter cutting,database comparison,binary conversion,and sort indexing on the test data;then,the sequencing data is analyzed;thirdly,the results of data analysis are presented through the visualization module.,and the results of analysis of multiple normal and abnormal samples are compared using the comparative analysis module,thus the functions and performance of the system are verified;finally,based on the test results,the functions and existing deficiencies of the system are summarized.Finally,a general conclusion of the contribution of this thesis is made and some other research topics that need to be further studied are presented.
