Both engineering and energy exploitation involve seepage in fractured rock mass.The permeability of rock mass has a size effect,and the permeability coefficient of rock mass varies with the size of the specimen.However,the test research on the size effect of rock fissure permeability has not been carried out deeply by the objective conditions of the existing test equipment and sample making technology.The law of size effect is not clear,and its internal control law remains to be found.Find out.In view of the above problems,this paper will make a breakthrough from the large size rock fracture specimen,improve the traditional rock single fracture specimen making method,use the method of reengraved rock to obtain the surface morphology of the original fissure surface,and then make the large size single crack circular specimen with transparent organic glass material,and in the different position of the specimen.Setting pressure sensors can not only be used to study the evolution of single fracture permeability with the change of the size of the specimen,but also can be combined with high speed cameras to carry out visual penetration test.On this basis,the development of large size rock fracture permeability size effect tester is developed.Large scale rock fracture permeability size effect tester consists of three parts: water supply system,loading system,data acquisition and control system.First of all,according to the basic principle of percolation and the characteristics of large size rock fracture specimen,the support and loading system of the specimen are built.At the same time,in order to realize the visualization research,the loading system adopts the middle hollowed out setting to reserve the interface of the light source irradiation interface and the high-speed camera.Secondly,the water supply system is selected for a long time to realize the long time.Automatic pressure and water supply;finally,the layout and connection of subsystems are optimized,and a visual scale effect test system for rock fracture permeability is built.Because the design and production cycle of the test device is longer and the bidding progress is slow,the pressure sensor is still in the purchase and the rough fissure specimen is not finished.Therefore,the related osmosis test has not been carried out.The inspection device is reasonable and reliable.
