With the advancement of the country's One Belt One Road strategy, the sustainable development of the marine economy has become one of the core elements of this strategy. Therefore, strengthening the research and protection of the marine environment and vigorously developing real-time marine monitoring technologies have great strategic significance for the development of the country and society and economy. The non-contact measurement technology, represented by the use of radar remote sensing technology,is an advanced measurement technology developed in the past 30 years and is capable of real-time monitoring of surface information under complex marine external environmental conditions. The wave information is an important part of the ocean surface information. The acquisition of the wave information is one of the core technologies for real-time monitoring of the marine environment. It also provides a data foundation for the numerical modeling of ocean waters. In this paper, taking the ocean waves as the research object, based on the ocean remote sensing echo data, the relevant sea wave information in a specific sea area is extracted, analyzed and modeled by the relevant methods.Firstly, the ocean echo spectrum is analyzed by using correlative principles such as ocean wave spectrum theory and ocean echo frequency spectrum model, and the inherent relationship between ocean wave information and echo spectrum formation is found. Then,a hybrid echo signal processing algorithm is proposed to extract wave height information from the echo spectrum and analyze the extraction results effectively. Finally, using the extraction results to establish a real-time ocean wave distribution model and compare it with the simulation sea wave model to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent three-dimensional modeling of water bodies. The main content of this article is as follows:1.Learning the relevant knowledge of ocean wave spectrum and ocean echo spectrum model, use the relevant spectrum analysis methods to analyze the ocean echo spectrum, and use the existing second-order spectrum separation method to process the echo spectrum; At the same time,it tries to analyze the second-order spectrum in the spectrum that is subject to ionospheric clutter interference, discusses the feasibility of its separation method, and conducts actual dataprocessing verification.2.Based on the existing theoretical methods, the wave height parameter information of the ocean wave is extracted from the second-order spectrum of the ocean echo spectrum, and the extracted results are analyzed and demonstrated.3.Using the extracted wave height information to restore the state of the waves, build a real-time distribution model of the waves, and compare it with the computer simulation wave model, and further study the real-time distribution model of the waves that can reflect the general characteristics of the waves and meet the actual measurement needs.
