The network exists everywhere in people's life.They bring the convenient service to the people.At the same time,it also hides the threat.That is because it has the viral dissemination process and vulnerability.Viral propagation processes enable specific objects(such as email viruses and rumors)to spread quickly on a large-scale across the network.The vulnerability makes it possible for a particular network node fail to cause the network becoming paralyzed.It can cause serious property damage to people.Therefore,a large number of scholars have studied the propagation characteristics of a network,established propagation models to simulate the spread of viruses in a network,and try to find key factors that affect the transmission of the virus.Based on these key factors,the immune strategy for restraining the virus propagation in complex networks is designed.Another part studies the robustness of a network,chooses the important node to protect,prevents the network to be paralyzed.However,in recent years,the research focuses on the network topology,through the analysis of the topological structure of complex networks,many effective immune strategies are designed.Although the immune strategy based on the network topology has achieved good immune effect,these strategies are based on the isomorphism hypothesis that the nodes in a network have the same attributes.However,more and more researches reveal the heterogeneous characteristics of nodes in a network,namely,the heterogeneity of individual behavior is no longer unified in a network,and these individual behaviors have great influence on complex networks.If nodes have different active degree in the process of propagation,the active nodes can promote the process of virus propagation.Therefore,it is very important to introduce heterogeneous individual behavior into the research of complex networks.Based on the research of complex network virus propagation,this paper introduces individual behavior heterogeneity into immune strategy and network robustness research,mainly in the following aspects:(1)Based on the interactive virus propagation model capable of expressing individual behavior,the real behavior data from human behavior dynamics are used to analyze the effects of individual behavior on propagation.Through the simulation of different kinds of user behaviors,the changes of the number of infected nodes in the transmission of virus are examined,and the relationship between individual behavior and virus transmission is analyzed carefully from the individual level.The study has found that active individuals promoted the spread of a prapagation,and active individuals could increased the likelihood of viral infection among inactive individuals.(2)Based on the analysis of the classical immune strategy,it is found that although the classical immunization strategy can have better immune effect,but because of the assumption of the mean-field theory,it ignores the influence of individual behavior on the transmission.Therefore,the combination of individual behavior of an immune strategy is a good way to improve the effectiveness of traditional immunization strategy.In this paper,based on the central index of network topology,the node active degree of individual behavior is added,and an immune strategy combining network structure and node active degree is proposed.Using real human behavior data provided by human behavioral dynamics,the simulation results in real and artificial networks show that the proposed immune strategy can effectively inhibit the spread of diffusion and improve immune efficiency than the classical immune strategy.(3)The contact network depicts human contact behavior,infectious disease virus in human contact network spread than in the physical network more in line with the actual situation.By analyzing the robustness of human contact network,the core nodes which affect the propagation of virus are excavated.By immunization of these nodes,the transmission rate of infectious diseases and the scale of infection can be delayed.This paper uses the data of a city subway card to construct the passenger traffic network,and to analyze the robustness of the network.Moreover,it finds out the key node to provide the decision basis for the prevention and control of the infectious disease in subway network.
