The depth of offshore water is shallower and closer to land.Waves,currents,etc.areeasily affected,then a relatively complicated marine environment is formed.As an offshore floating structure,the sea buoy standard structure integrates the characteristics of offshore engineering structures and floating structures.As a small offshore floating body,offshore small buoys are more susceptible to complex marine environments than the large offshore floating structures.Therefore,the study of the design of the small ocean buoy's basic structure is one of the key and difficult points in the overall design of the ocean buoy.Reference to the basic hydrology characteristics of Chinese offshore sea area,and based on the safety of buoys and the working environment required for carrying equipment,This paper will analysis the structure of the small marine buoys in the offshore area,and design a buoy structure which is more suitable for Chinese offshore area,then provide a theoretical reference for the development of Chinese ocean buoy technology.The main research work of this paper is divided into the following sections:1.Firstly,the selection and design of the offshore small buoy basic structure has been done in this paper.Read the relevant domestic and foreign buoy design literature and advanced buoy research and development technology,based on the characteristics of Chinese offshore area,the paper has been summarized the basic methods for the design of offshore small ocean buoys,and proposed the procedures and specifications for the design of offshore small ocean buoys.Based on the existing domestic and foreign advanced buoy design patterns,this article has been analyzed the motion response of different types of basic structures through hydrodynamic calculation,then selects a more appropriate type of target structure.2.Basic structural design for the selected offshore small buoy has been done in this section.The structure of the small ocean buoy is relatively compact,so the arrangement of the instrument carried inside the buoy is particularly important.Based on the motion performance of the buoy,this paper has qualitatively analyzed the effects of this type of marine buoy arrangement scheme(mainly considering the depth of the draft,center of gravity,moment of inertia,etc.)on the buoy motion performance,and determines the design scheme and design criteria for the arrangement of the buoy loaded equipment.In view of the shallowness of offshore sea water and the great change of water depth,this paper has been analyzed the impact of water depth on selected offshore small buoys,and determined the influence of water depth on the buoy performance in the basic design of the buoy structure.3.Optimized design of selected offshore ocean buoys basic structure has been done in this paper.Based on the working environment requirements of the equipment and the safety of the buoy,this paper proposes a design scheme for improving the buoy roll motion performance based on the principles of TMD vibration damping and a design scheme for improving the heave motion performance by increasing the heave plate,and check the reliability of the two design solutions;Based on the above-mentioned reduced roll design,and aiming at the problem that the buoy is far away from the shore and the long-term off-shore monitoring requires high power supply,a new inverted pendulum used to reduce the rolling motion of buoys and provide power supply for buoys is type anti-rolling power generation device suitable for small marine buoys an inverted pendulum device is used to reduce the rolling motion of buoys and provide power supply for buoys is proposed in this paper.
