In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic economy.More large-scale equipment is put into industrial production,which greatly improves the production efficiency.Qinhuangdao Port is an important port in the Bohai Sea region in the north of China.It is the core port of China's “Northern Coal to the South”.Therefore,in order to improve production efficiency during the coal transportation process,advanced large-scale equipment and automated production lines are built in the port.But it also faces some problems,large-scale equipment in the port has a complex working environment,In particular,the core equipment coal stacker-reclaimer is faced with the most problems,which may cause problems such as deformation and aging of the structure under the conditions of strong winds,large loads,and affect the safety of operators.Fiber grating sensor is a new type of fiber-optic passive device.It has lightweight,bendable,anti-electromagnetic,corrosion-resistant,high-temperature resistant,convenient to form a distributed sensor network advantages,so it has certain advantages in the health monitoring of large-scale equipment.This paper studies the method of structural health monitoring of stacker-reclaimer based on fiber grating sensor.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the research status of fiber grating at home and abroad is introduced,and its application in the field of structural monitoring.Based on the coupled mode theory,the formation mechanism of fiber Bragg grating is analyzed,then the sensing mechanism of fiber Bragg grating is analyzed,the common fiber grating demodulation technology is introduced.Secondly,the temperature sensing mechanism and strain sensing mechanism of fiber Bragg grating are analyzed.Several common fiber grating package structures are introduced.Based on this,fiber Bragg grating temperature sensors and fiber Bragg grating strain sensors are fabricated,and sensors are calibrated.Thirdly,based on the stacker-reclaimer,a reduced-scale model is established as an experimental environment.Ansys software is used for finite element analysis of the model,and the monitoring characteristics are determined by applying different types of loads to determine the monitoring scheme.The load on the model is compared with the results of the finite element analysis.Finally,continuous monitoring experiments are carried out,temperature and strain cross-sensitivity techniques are introduced in detail,and a method is used to eliminate the effect of temperature on the monitoring results in cross-sensitivity.
