In real life,many areas of industrial production and scientific research,such as materials,food industry,metallurgy,chemistry,biology and marine ecology,are of great significance in the study of particle size distribution of submicron scale dispersions.Dynamic light scattering is one of the most effective methods for particle size measurement of submicron particles.In the dynamic light scattering measurement,to find a method to improve the fitting accuracy of the inversion particle size is an important part of the dynamic light scattering studies,the effects of dynamic light scattering measurements of different factors on experiments to further improve the measuring accuracy is also important.In this thesis,a dynamic light scattering measurement scheme based on LabVIEW is developed for the optical fiber dynamic light scattering experiment system,and the experiment and analysis are carried out.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)Contrast some methods commonly used in the particle size measurement of submicron particles,and discuss the dynamic light scattering method and related detection,and elaborate the basic theory and the main structure of the particle size measurement system based on dynamic light scattering method.(2)Carry on the simulation of dynamic scattering intensity data based on power spectrum.A data inversion method based on attenuation segment fitting is designed to improve the accuracy of particle size inversion and verified in the process of simulation data autocorrelation process.(3)Build a dynamic light scattering experimental system based on fiber,using LabVIEW to achieve dynamic light intensity data acquisition.The dynamic scattering test of 362.2nm and 528.3nm monodisperse systems was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the attenuation method in improving the inversion accuracy.Experiments were carried out at different measurement frequencies and scattering angles to study the effect of measurement frequency and scattering angle on the measurement results.Analyze the data spectrum of dynamic light intensity fluctuations,and then perform the data filtering process to improve the experimental results.
