Pipe and channel is the main conveyance structure in water conservancy projects,and channel resistance parameters of the pipe and channel is important fluid mechanics parameters of the water conveyance facilities,in hydraulic calculation on pipe and channel design plays an important role.The resistance parameters of the pipeline mainly include: the loss coefficient of the water head along the path(?),the roughness coefficient of manning(n),the sea-William coefficient(Ch),etc.Material channels resistance parameters mainly include side wall roughness coefficient n,absolute roughness of channel's wall materials(?),etc.,as the level of the domestic economy increased rapidly,people's quality of life and the pursuit of materials is more and more high,the emergence of new material,new pipe and canal lining in use,tube fouling and changes with the temperature,the lack of the corresponding resistance parameter values.So need to develop channel model and actual pipeline hydraulic coefficient measurement system,optimization and error analysis of measurement system,determine their resistance parameter values or scope under the certain condition of flow and temperature.Avoiding the adverse effect caused by the inaccuracy of the resistance parameters given by experience in engineering design.At the same time,through precision inspection of the three common material plastic pipes and the common three kinds of shape channel model,determine the commonality of systems,can be applied to practical engineering,and verify whether some basic laws in the small channel,model special phenomenon will happen or not.In order to solve the above problems,this paper does some work to get the main conclusions of this experimental device:(1)The actual pipeline and model channel resistance parameter measurement system can be used to determine the resistance parameters of the new real pipeline and model channels under certain flow and fluid temperature conditions.(2)Determining the value or range of the resistance parameters of the channel model of the three material pipelines and one material,studying the data error of the pipeline part and performing some single factor error analysis to determine some laws of the pipeline flow,and The basic hydraulic laws of the three common cross-sectional shape model channels.(3)The basic rules of experimental results of the three types of model channels are the same as previous ones.The experimental results have less fluctuations in data and are not significantly different from the values estimated before the experiment.The experimental device is stable and reliable,the data is credible,and the experimental section is from the pipeline.The transformation into channels does not affect the versatility of the device.
