The instability of bedding rock slope caused by seismic action is destructive and extremely harmful. Therefore, the problem of stability of the bedding rock slope under seismic action has been highly concerned by the field of geotechnical engineering.Traditional reliability analysis method without considering the uncertainty are mostly based on the correct distribution and accurate statistical parameters and there are a lot of fuzziness in the stability of slope under seismic action. Therefore, combining with the fuzzy mathematics theory, this thesis uses the maximum entropy principle to analyze seismic stability of slope which has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, pseudo static method is used to analyze the seismic stability of slope.Considering the fuzziness of the limit states, the fuzzy reliability of the slope is solved by maximum entropy principle.Secondly, time history analysis method is used and the calculation model is set up to get the stress state of the slope. The time history curve of fuzzy failure probability and reliability index of the slope are solved by using the maximum entropy principle and the average big failure probability is put forward to evaluate seismic stability of slope. Finally, the influence of amplitude, frequency of seismic wave, variation coefficient of cohesion and internal friction angle and correlation coefficient of them on fuzzy reliability of slope are analyzed by the method introduced in this thesis. Conclusions are represented as follows combined with illustrative examples:1.The seismic action is very complex and fuzzy. Therefore, the fuzziness of the limit state is considered in this thesis which is more reasonable and accurate than the traditional reliability analysis method.2.The pseudo static method is simple and easy to implement. And the time history analysis method can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the slope to get more accurate results3.The convergence speed is faster and the calculation efficiency is higher by using maximum entropy method compared with Monte Carlo method. For the basic random variables, the actual probability distribution cannot be considered, which is more valuable than the traditional methods.4.The average big failure probability as evaluation index is used and the corresponding calculation method is given. This method can be popularized after a great deal of engineering practice and has a good reference value for the seismic stability evaluation of the slope.
