MdEiger/MdWengen as the members of the housefly only TNF/TNFR superfamily,is high expression in the main immune organs body fat of housefly,and participate in the immune response of housefly.In order to explore MdEiger/Md Wengen genes How to affect the innate immunity of housefly.We do immune stimulation to housefly,then we detect the MdEiger/Md Wengen gene expression changes.At the same time,we use RNAi technology to knock down the expression level of MdEiger/MdWengen,then detect the expression level of antimicrobial peptides and the phenol oxide enzyme activity,kncok down the expression level of MdLitaf then detect the expresssion level of MdEiger.And,we make MdWengen subcellular localization by the use of pAc5.1 B-EGFP carrie.In the result we find that the MdEiger expression level is increased but MdWengen expression level is decreased after the immune stimulation of housfly.After MdEiger interference,some antibacterial peptides expression level is increase,part of the antimicrobial peptides expression level is decreased,meanwhile phenol oxide enzyme is decreased.After Md Wengen interference all expression level of antibacterial peptide is decreased.After MdLitaf interference the expression level of MdEiger is decreased.And the MdWengen mainly locate in the cell membrane or cytoplasm.In addition,after the immune stimulation of housefly larvae,we find a smaller molecular weight MdEiger in larvae that is smaller than the complete MdEiger.In a conclusion,MdEiger/Md Wengen genes can response in housefly immune stimulation,and adjust the housefly congenital immune response.
