The nature preserve is an important base for protecting the natural environment resources,which is of great significance to human society.In recent years,with the sustainable development of economy and society,the number and size of nature preserves in our country have been increasing.The state has also formulated a series of guidelines and policies to strengthen the management and protection of nature preserves,and vigorously developed the "wisdom forestry".Therefore,using scientific methods to manage and protect the natural resources of nature preserves is of great significance.In this dissertation,the Qizimeishan National Nature Preserve in Xuan'en County of Hubei Province is the main research object,and a WebGIS-based nature preserve information management system is constructed.Based on the project research,we complete the following contents:1.The fire early warning model for nature preserve based on Logistic Regression is constructed.The fire incidence data of the protected area and climatic data are processed,and the predictive probability of forest fire occurrence in the nature preserve is calculated.Finally,The ArcGIS software uses Kriging interpolation method to analyze the spatial distribution of forest fire,and forms a fire forest fire hazard rank map of Qizimeishan Nature Preserve.2.Aiming at the shortcomings of A * algorithm and traditional ant colony algorithm in searching for the shortest path,an optimization scheme in forest fire scenario is designed.Then the traditional ant colony algorithm and the optimized scheme are simulated.The experiment results show that the optimized scheme has a better path planning effect.Finally,the scheme is applied to the system and the optimal path of rescue in the nature preserve is effectively obtained.3.After the research on the needs of users in the protected areas,the system's requirement analysis and feasibility analysis are completed.On this basis,the system related technologies,the overall framework,the database and the main function modules are introduced.Propose a system solutions that is a combination of ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE,ArcGIS API for Javascript and other technical.Finally,the system develops various functional modules,including regional terrain management,work site management,patrol monitoring and management,fire prevention and early warning management.
