In the context of climate change, the quantity, quality and spatial and temporal distribution of agroclimatic resources have all changed, which has important implications for the stability of agricultural productions. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific analysis and environment in Liaoning Province, and to divide the rice cultivation in Liaoning Province under the background of climate change in order to guide the future rice production and planting.Based on geographic information systems, this paper uses weather data from 50 meteorological stations in Liaoning Province during the rice growing season(May-September)from 1961 to 2016,including the average temperature, sunshine hours, precipitation, and active accumulated temperature of ?10°C.The detailed simulation of climate resources zoning the cultivation of rice in Liaoning Province under the background of climate change, the main results are as follows:1.The average temperature of the rice growing season in Liaoning Province has shown an upward trend in the past 50 years, and the active accumulated temperature of ?10°C has shown a significant increase in recent decades. The duration of sunshine in rice growing seasons has been declining with time, and the precipitation is more volatile in recent decades but the overall trend is slowly declining.2.The detailed simulation of climatic resources using the hybrid interpolation method shows that the heat resources of the rice growing season in Liaoning province are unevenly distributed, with more in the central and western regions and fewer in the eastern region.Except for a few hilly areas in the northeastern part of the country, the active accumulated temperature of ?10°C in most areas is above 3300°C,and the heat conditions are sufficient; The distribution of light resources shows a decreasing trend from west to east. The duration of sunshine in the rice growing season is between 900 h and 1300 h.The spatial distribution of precipitation in the rice growing season of Liaoning Province has significant differences. There is prolific rainfall in the eastern mountainous areas, generally above 650 mm,and the rainfall inwestern region is insufficient.3.Regionalization of rice cultivation based on different climate and resource conditions in different regions of Liaoning Province. The most suitable area is mainly located in the central plains of Liaoning Province and the Liaohe Delta region. It has abundant thermal resources, abundant sunshine, abundant rainfall, and excellent irrigation conditions. The suitable areas are mainly located in the northern plains of Liaoning and the coastal plains in the southeast of Liaoning. The climate resources in this area are in good conditions and suitable for the cultivation of rice. The sub-optimal areas are mainly located in the hills of southeastern Liaoning and hilly areas in eastern Liaoning. The climate and resource conditions in this area are generally suitable. However, due to the influence of individual factors(sunshine, active accumulated temperature),etc.,the growth of rice will be adversely affected. In the practical production process,we must pay attention to avoiding unfavorable factors and cultivate rice properly. The less suitable areas are mainly located in the Liaoxi Corridor and the hilly areas of the western Liaoning. The climatic resources and geographical conditions of the area are unfavorable for the cultivation of rice.It is possible to consider cultivating other food crops or cultivateng suitable varieties on a small scale.4.With the general phenomenon of global warming, the future rice cultivating heat conditions will be more adequate,to a certain extent, mitigate the occurrence of chilling injury in the rice growth process, the sowing date and the safe heading date of rice will be advanced, for rice cultivating has a new impact.
