With the rapid growth of population in the world and the increase of the agricultural and industrial water,the crisis of fresh water resources is becoming more and more serious.Different temperature zone,the distribution of freshwater resources and the shortage of water quality due to the environmental pollution in China is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the protection and scientific use of water resources has become a pressing problem for our country.Steam regards as the main energy for method of thermal desalination,co-generation of water and electricity is the main way to reduce the cost of water in the large-scale seawater desalination project,the co-generation process of water and electricity can realize the cascade utilization of energy grade,greatly improving the system energy efficiency.Firstly,the steam of high temperature and high pressure from thermal power plant is used to generate electricity,low parameter extraction or exhaust of steam turbine steam again is regarded as desalination steam,use efficiency of fuel heat energy obtains enhances greatly,and the cost of water reduces by co-generation of water and electricity.Based on the research of water desalination model design and technology scheme,this paper studies the water desalination technology and equipment of low temperature and multi-effect distillation combined with condensing steam turbine power generation.Specifically:(1)Study on Model Design and Technical Scheme of Seawater Desalination in Hydropower Joint ProductionThe establishment of the mathematical model and the design of the technical scheme for the water desalination technology and equipment development of the hydropower joint production laid the theoretical foundation.The integration of hydropower joint production and various steam supply technologies were studied.Through the design and development of hydropower joint production technology schemes,a 1.5 MW steam generator set and a 30 ton/day MED seawater desalination device were built.(2)Design and development of a desalination device for combined hydropower productionThe design and development of low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination units and special steam turbines for combined hydropower production shall be carried out,and the main technical parameters and processes of seawater desalination units shall be designed and developed...
