In this paper, the experimental study on the acute toxicity of penicillin wastewater to Limnodrilus and Corbicula fluminea was carried out to evaluate the environmental safety of penicillin wastewater.Through subacute tests, the effects of different concentrations of penicillin wastewater exposed for 15 days on several indexes of Limnodrilus,Corbicula fluminea and Selenastrum capricornutum were studied. The ecotoxic effect of penicillin wastewater on three tested organisms by IBR method was studied.A comprehensive evaluation was carried out,and the following findings were finally obtained:1)After the Limnodrilus was exposed to penicillin wastewater in the 0100%exposure group, there was no death. The penicillin wastewater had no acute toxicity to the Limnodrilus. The penicillin wastewater was 76.09%for the 96h LC50,which was low toxicity.substance.2)In the experiment of water Limnodrilus, the activity of SOD decreased with the change of the number of days, and the effect of penicillin wastewater on the activity of CAT was significantly“concentration-time-effect”.The higher the concentration of wastewater, the higher the maximum activity of CAT and the shorter the time to reach maximum activity;the activity of LDH showed an inverted“V”type with the increase of exposure concentration. In the Corbicula fluminea exposure experiment, both T-AOC and GSH activities showed inhibition-induced repetitive phenomena, the high-exposure group with-SH and MPO activity showed an"M"-type trend,LDH activity also showed an inverted"V"type. The 80%exposed group reached the maximum value of 4.53 U·gprot-1 for the entire experiment on the 6th day.In the exposure experiment of Selenastrum capricornutum, the greater the concentration of chlorophyll a exposed group, the longer the exposure time, the more obvious the inhibition of C.elegans, the T-AOC content of each exposed group was basically restored to the control level at the end of exposure, the concentration of penicillin wastewater was more Large, the lower the GSH content, the greater the inhibition of GSH content in each exposed group with the prolonged exposure time.3)Under the effect of penicillin wastewater on Limnodrilus stress, the range of IBR is:2.1613.78.In the exposed group, the IBR was at a low level of 2.476.28 in the late exposure stage. The IBR value of the stress Corbicula fluminea ranged from 1.18 to 9.11.The IBR at 3 d,12 d,and 15 d was positively correlated with the exposure concentration, and the IBR value gradually increased with the increase of the exposure concentration. The maximum IBR was as high as 9.11 at 15 d.The IBR value of the stressing Selenastrum capricornutum was 1.1510.81.At the end of the exposure period, the high-concentration exposure group had a relatively serious effect on the craniofaea, and the low-intensity exposure group had little effect.
