Caragana is a fine shrub plant,which is widely cultivated in northern Shanxi and other northern provinces.Because of its good strength and toughness,it has become an important renewable resource for the development and utilization of green environmental protection materials in agriculture.The high lignification of Caragana as strengthening composite reinforcement and soil matrix material,is expected to become a new type of material resources and cheap,pollution-free green ecological agriculture construction in the field of environmental engineering,for the construction of walls,columns or architecture.In this study,the ratio forming process parameters of soil based Caragana reinforced materials were studied and optimized.The experimental study of conventional mechanical properties and mechanical correlation analysis under different proportions have been carried out to provide a theoretical basis for the fabrication of this material.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The effects of soil base type,water content,Caragana reinforcement ratio and granularity on the forming effect of soil based Caragana reinforced material were studied.Taking the unconfined compressive strength as the evaluation index,single factor test is carried out,and the influence curves of various factors on the unconfined compressive strength are obtained.Based on that,the reasonable forming scope of the test block is determined.(2)Samples of soil based Caragana reinforced materials made with different proportioning parameters as the research object.Mechanical properties of tensile,shear,torsion and bending tests were carried out,obtaining the mechanical properties,such as modulus of elasticity,yield strength,limit load,strength limit et al.Through multiple factor analysis,the function between the elastic modulus of the material and the two factor variables of the Caragana reinforcement ratio and the granularity is obtained,and its significance is determined.At the same time,the effects of factor variables on the response variables are analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that the optimum treatment of factor variables is that the length of Caragana reinforcement is 4?4.75mm,and the reinforcement ratio of Caragana is 0.25%.(3)The software ABAQUS is used to simulate the compressive and bending properties of the material with the relating finite element method.The stress and strain fields under two basic forms of deformation have been obtained,which provide the basis of mechanical analysis for the application of materials.Compared with ABAQUS numerical simulation results,the error is very small.It shows that ABAQUS plastic damage model can simulate the deformation process of soil reinforced material well.
