Quantum coherence is an effective quantum resource in quantum information processing,which plays an indispensable role in quantum computation.In the s-tudy of quantum coherence,the most critical and core problem is the measure of quantum coherence.Although people are keen on the research of quantum coher-ence,there are few detailed descriptions on how to measure quantum coherence.Until recent years,T.Baumgratz et al.established a framework for quantifying quantum coherence,in which two measures of quantum coherence:the Cl norm of coherence and the relative entropy of coherence was proposed,the quantifying of quantum coherence get started.In this paper,we study the evolution of quantum coherence in phase damping environment.Through the application of analytical solution and numerical simulation method,we study the dynamics of quantum system with single and bipartite spin system.By studying the quantum coherence of quantum system with different dimension,we compare the similarities and dif-ferences of the Cl norm of coherence and the relative entropy of coherence.We also study the evolution of quantum entanglement and compare it with the evolution of coherence.
