Most symbiotic strains are indispensable for plant growth and reproduction, such as the symbiotic relationship between Armillaria sp.and Gastrodia elata.Endophytic fungi and symbiotic fungi were two universal symbiotic systems in G.elata.The research on these two kinds of symbiotic fungi and their interaction will reflect the microbial environment in its host plant more factually. In this work, the secondary metabolites on co-culturing the endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp.T2-19 from G.elata with Armillaria sp.under different culture conditions, together with their bioactivities, were studied. The thesis was divided into four chapters. In chapter one,the research progress of the secondary metabolites from microbio co-culture system was reviewed. It focused on the chemical structures and bioactivities of secondary metabolites,as well as their differences between co-culture and single strain cultivation. In chapter two,co-culturing of the endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp.T2-19 from G.elata with Armillaria sp.in liquid nutrient medium resulted in the production of 27 secondary metabolites, including sterigmatocystin(1),oxisterigmatocystin D(2),6.8-di-O-methylaverufin(3),averufin(4),6-O-methylaverufin(5),6,8-di-O-methylnidurufim(6),versicolorin B(7),8-O-methylversicolorin B(8),aversin(9),versicolorin A(10),averythrin(11),armillarivin(13),stigmasta-7,22-dien-3?,5a,6a-trnol(14),ergosterol peroxide(15),versiol(16),isoversiol A(17),orsellinic acid(18),orcinol(19),2-hydroxy phenyl acetic acid(20),diorcinol(21),4-carboxydiorcinal(22),acetylfunicin(23),violaceol ?(24),violaceol ?(25),sydowiol D(26)and sydowiol B(27).In chapter three,co-culturing of Aspergillus sp.T2-19 with Armillaria sp.in solid rice nutrient medium resulted in the production of 21 secondary metabolites, including sterigmatocystin(1),6,8-di-O-methylnidurufin(6),6,8.1'-tri-O-methylaverantin(28),aversin(9),parietinic acid(29),diorcinol(21),4-carboxydiorcinal(22),violaceol ?(25),diorcinol D(30),diorcinol E(31),diorcinol K(32),(a,S)-,4-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-5-methylphenoxy)-6-methyl-?-(1-methylethenyl)benzeneethanol(33),diorcinol B(34),(S)-5-(3-hydroxy-5-methyl-phenoxy)-2,2,7-trimethylchroman-3-ol(35),(R)-(-)-hydroxysydonic acid(36),(S)-(-)-sydowic acid(37),brevianamide K(38),brevianamide Q(39),brevianamide R(40),arugosin C(41),?-sitosterol(42),and only six of them have been identified in liquid nutrient medium cocultivation. In chapter four,we further studied the bioactivities of the secondary metabolites by co-culturing Aspergillus sp.T2-19 with Armillaria sp.under two different culture conditions. The cytotoxicities and antimicrobial activities of the both crude extracts were examined firstly. Then, the bioactivites of 16 selected compounds were investigated, and their contents in both fermentation media wrere also analyzed.Finaly, the material basis of the different bioactivites was discussed based on the analysis.
