As a key link of urban material circulation,urban logistics plays an important and important role in improving the life of urban residents.With the acceleration of consumption upgrading and commercial iteration update,the existing urban logistics system has low efficiency and low flexibility.The problem is seriously restricting the optimization and improvement of urban logistics service quality and service efficiency.Therefore,how to meet the dynamic and decentralized urban logistics distribution needs more efficiently and timely has become a problem that academic circles and enterprises pay close attention to and urgently need to solve.However,the advancement of technology,especially the data-driven thinking of customer demand analysis and data mining capabilities,provides new opportunities for transforming the existing drawbacks of the traditional urban logistics distribution model and reconstructing the urban logistics distribution system.The urban logistics proactive and reactive distribution integration optimization method is the urban logistics distribution optimization method derived from data-driven ideas and combined with other discipline theories;it overcomes the traditional vehicle scheduling method,the path change cost is high,and it can not be closer to customers.The defect of commodity distance is achieved by designing a proactive benchmark scheme with good robustness and high quality,and on the basis of this,the reactive path update is updated for the dynamic demand update information,and the efficient and intensive operation of urban logistics distribution operations is realized.Therefore,the study of urban logistics proactive and reactive distribution optimization methods has clear scientific significance and practical value.This paper mainly discusses and studies the following issues:(1)Analyze the research status at home and abroad,and propose the optimization of urban logistics proactive and reactive integration.Aiming at the fluctuation phenomenon of peaks and valleys in urban logistics demand,this paper analyzes the application advantages of proactive scheduling and the shortcomings of traditional two-stage scheduling algorithms,and proposes a proactive and reactive integrated optimization method;combing the classic problem prototype of vehicle routing problem and its development The research of problem and solving algorithm puts forward three core issues to be studied in this paper: two-stage distribution problem of proactive and reactive urban logistics,multi-period distribution problem of proactive and reactive urban logistics,and proactive Two-level network distribution problem of reactive urban logistics.(2)Research on the proactive distribution of urban logistics based on twostage schedulingAiming at the problem that the traditional dynamic vehicle routing problem has low flexibility in the processing of new customer demand,a mathematical model of urban logistics proactive distribution based on two-stage scheduling method is constructed.The data-driven demand forecasting idea is used to design multidimensional data layer demand assessment.The method evaluates and accepts the response criteria of the newly added dynamic customers;then divides the entire delivery cycle into two distribution phases to optimize collaborative delivery.The results show that the two-stage proactive scheduling method can effectively reduce vehicle distribution costs and improve distribution efficiency.(3)Research on multi-cycle distribution of proactive and reactive urban logisticsAiming at the dynamic and fragmentation of demand in the Internet economy environment,a single-cycle and multi-cycle proactive-reactive scheduling optimization model is constructed,and from the dynamic customer demand proactive evaluation,customer flexible partition clustering and quantum genetic algorithm.From the perspective of designing a distributed vehicle scheduling optimization algorithm,a high-quality vehicle delivery path is generated.The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve customer demand response speed and dynamic customer service capability.(4)Research on two-level distribution of proactive and reactive urban logisticsConsider the existing multi-level urban logistics distribution system and urban normalization limit policy,and construct a two-level distribution vehicle path optimization model including hub-type logistics center,distribution-type logistics center and customer three-node,designing proactive demand quota and reactivity.The dynamic replenishment strategy and the remediation/updateability strategy enable efficient response of customer needs in different dynamic scenarios.The results show that the design strategy can effectively reduce the interference of dynamic customers to the initial path of low-dynamic application scenarios,and simplify the path optimization complexity in high-dynamic scenarios.(5)A case study on the optimization of bank ATM money-carrying business pathBased on the data of the money escort business of a security escort company in Chongqing,the two-stage scheduling,multi-cycle scheduling and two-level network scheduling research results are integrated for the problems of unbalanced lines and unreasonable distribution of treasury.The proactive and reactive integrated banknote management system realizes multi-cycle multi-stage multi-stage coordinated scheduling of bank ATM banknotes.The results show that breaking the administrative division restrictions and the treasury adjustment can complete the money-carrying business undertaken by the company with fewer numbers of banknotes.Finally,the paper summarizes the main research conclusions of the article,and forecasts the application prospects of urban logistics proactive and reactive distribution problems from the perspective of the deep influence mechanism of traffic restriction policy on vehicle routing optimization and the multi-model coordination.
