With the rise of China’s economy,the status of China’s manufacturing powerhouse has been further consolidated.The equipment manufacturing industry is the core component of manufacturing industry,and its development is particularly important.The United States has the best information industry in the world,but it still does not neglect the development of manufacturing.By relying on its powerful information industry,it subverts and redefines manufacturing,and makes better use of data information in the development of manufacturing.As a defeated country in World War II,Japan’s economy suffered tremendous trauma during the war.After the war,Japan stepped up its economic development,especially in manufacturing.Honda,Toyota,and Mitsubishi were all excellent manufacturing companies that emerged during this time.After the 1990 s,Japan adopted the "scientific and technological innovation" as the strategic guideline for the establishment of the country,and combined the humanistic feelings with the manufacturing industry to achieve a breakthrough in the development of the manufacturing industry.As the most advanced country in the world in equipment manufacturing,Germany has a fairly complete and high-level industrial system with strong strength.It has outstanding achievements in product quality and after-sales service,and provides development for the German equipment manufacturing industry.A strong backing support.As a late-developing country,China is still in a backward stage in the development of manufacturing industry.Shanxi Province,as China’s energy base,has been focusing on resource industry for many years.In today’s environment,resource industry can no longer meet the future of Shanxi Province.Economic development.In addition,Shanxi Province is in the critical period of economic transformation,and it is the development trend of the equipment manufacturing industry.It is precisely because of the decline of traditional industries that it gives a good opportunity for the development of equipment manufacturing.However,from the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province in recent years,problems such as low product technology content,insufficient innovation capability,and lowinnovation efficiency are highlighted.However,there is still no corresponding research result in how to improve and improve efficiency.Therefore,this paper has more practical significance for the research of independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province.This paper firstly expounds the research background,purpose and significance,and then analyzes the related literature,analyzes the research status of equipment manufacturing industry and the research status of innovation efficiency.Secondly,the development status of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry And the existing problems of independent innovation are deeply analyzed.Finally,the two-stage model is used to analyze the independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province,and the empirical research is carried out from two angles.First,from the perspective of industry,the independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province is analyzed.Here,it will be divided into two categories: static analysis and dynamic analysis.Static analysis is based on the data of 2017 year to study the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province.Independent innovation efficiency;dynamic analysis based on the data from 2014 to 2017 to study the dynamic changes of independent innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province;secondly,to carry out regional comparison from a national perspective to analyze the independent innovation efficiency of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry,application The national,Tianjin,Henan,and Hunan are the comparative objects to analyze the level of independent innovation efficiency in Shanxi.Third,based on the above analysis,the relevant research conclusions are drawn,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.Based on the above empirical analysis,we draw conclusions from this: First,the innovation efficiency gap between the nine sub-sectors of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry is obvious.In the traditional equipment manufacturing industry with high resource dependence,the efficiency of the two stages is relatively high.Low,and in the emerging equipment manufacturing and other equipmentmanufacturing industries,there will be a phenomenon of high efficiency at a certain stage.Secondly,from the static analysis of Shanxi Province,the efficiency in the technology research and development stage is lower than the effective technology conversion stage,indicating that there is a large room for improvement in Shanxi Province during the technology research and development stage.Thirdly,from the dynamic analysis of Shanxi Province,the changes in innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province in the two stages of 2014-2017 have all improved,but the changes are not very obvious,indicating that the innovation and development of equipment manufacturing in Shanxi Province is still relatively big space.Finally,comparing the Shanxi Province with Henan,Hunan and Tianjin,the innovation efficiency of Shanxi’s equipment manufacturing industry is obviously inferior in the technology research and development stage,and the innovation efficiency of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry is higher than that of Tianjin in the effective technology conversion stage.Henan Province.
