In order to grasp the resistance of Xinjiang chicken source Escherichia coli to the commonly used 10kinds of antimicrobial agents and its drug-resistant gene carrying, respectively, from Urumqi,Changji Binhu Lake town,Midong Sandao Dam,Changji Changfeng second teams and Urumqi County farms. The minimal inhibitory concentration of Escherichia coli was determined by agar dilution method, and the PMQR factor,?-lactam and 16S r RNA methylase gene were detected by PCR in all isolated chicken plants. The test results are divided into the following two parts:?909 strains from Urumqi farms were more sensitive to ampicillin, cefotaxime and amikacin, and the resistant rate was below 45.0%,and the resistance rate of other 7 drugs was exceeded 80.0%.Multidrug resistance was predominantly 8?23.3%,212/909?and9?25.7%,234/909?.?blaTEM?890/909,97.9%?,oqxB?792/909,87.1%?and oqxA?557/909,61.2%?,blaCTX-M?33.1%,301?and the blaSHV?0.3%,3/909?gene were checked out from Escherichia coli. The mainly combination was blaTEM+oqxA+oqxB?24.8%,225/909?.The 16S r RNA methylase gene was not find. Conclusion:The results showed that the drug resistance was serious to 10 kinds of antimicrobial agents in Xinjiang. There is PMQR factor and?-lactam and methylationase genes coexistence phenomenon, suggesting that drug resistance genes are likely to spread in the bacteria,so that the number of resistant bacteria increased risk, should increase the antibacterial farm drug resistance and drug resistance gene testing efforts.
