With the continuous development of offshore,coastal and marine engineering,marine concrete is widely used in infrastructure construction.At the same time,the problem of the destruction of marine concrete structures due to chloride ion erosion has become more prominent,which may bring potential safety hazards to the project and increase maintenance costs.Therefore,the research on the anti-chlorine performance of marine concrete under complex marine environment is of great significance.This paper firstly introduces the influence mechanism and model of water-cement ratio,temperature,dry-wet cycle and other factors on chloride ion diffusion,and summarizes the transport model of chloride ion in concrete.Secondly,the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion in marine concrete under the influence of comprehensive influencing factors was studied by natural diffusion method,In the experiment,water-ash ratio,temperature,dry-wet cycle,temperature cycle,and various factors affecting chloride diffusion were set to simulate the offshore concrete structure in the actual marine environment.The chloride ion content in marine concrete at different depths was measured,and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient was calculated by the chloride ion transport model given by FIB Model Code 2006 for engineering design.The influence of different influencing factors on chloride ion diffusion was analyzed.The dry-wet-temperature double-cycle coupling effect on chloride ion diffusion was discussed.Finally,the service life of marine concrete is predicted by experimental data.Then,the chlorine resistance of artificial reef concrete was studied.A new formula of artificial reef concrete was studied in this paper and compared with chlorine resistance of ordinary silicate concrete.By comparing the compressive strength,chloride ion diffusion coefficient,surface pH value and service life,the advantages and disadvantages of artificial reef concrete were analyzed,and it was concluded that artificial reef concrete is available.The innovation of this paper is to consider the influence of temperature cycling on chloride diffusion coefficient and to prepare a new type of artificial reef concrete.Throughthe above experiments and data analysis,some conclusions are obtained,which are helpful to practical engineering.This paper provides a reference for the design,construction and protection of actual projects,which is helpful for saving a certain economic cost for marine engineering.
