| With the time passed by,as one of the most important industrial technology,hydraulic transmission technology is also developing.With the further depletion of global resources,the energy saving problem of hydraulic system has become one of the key problems to reduce the waste of environmental resources and achieve energy saving.Generally,the efficiency of the hydraulic system is pretty low;the pressure and flow losses are always accompanied by a lot of vibration and heat when the system is working.For those reasons,the hydraulic system has a large energy saving space and potential.Different energy-saving methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,but most of the energy-saving methods are simply focused on the system design,their very own structure,the manufacture of hydraulic components and control the output of the hydraulic pump through the sensor to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.This thesis focuses on the hydraulic pump’s optimal flow,discussing the flow rate of the end element in the hydraulic system,and mainly studies the following aspects.Firstly,the theory of graph theory is used to transform the hydraulic system into a directed graph.Based on the theory of graph theory,basic circuit method and Hardy Cross method,the hydraulic system is described and the hydraulic system The basic correlation matrix and the basic loop matrix.According to the principle of electro-hydraulic communication and combined with relevant knowledge,it is known that the hydraulic system has the flow rate of each node in the hydraulic system network under the condition of the required flow rate under different load,and then the optimal output flow of the system is obtained by iteration.Using Matlab to write the program,the user can input the parameters of a specific.hydraulic system to get the optimal flow rate of the hydraulic system under the condition,and obtain the optimal output flow of the hydraulic system under the condition.The simulation of load simulator bench was carried out by AMESim.The mathematical model is taken as the prototype,and the result is obtained by simulation.Comparing the simulation results with the calculated results,we can verify the theoretical feasibility of the theory of graph theory in the flow energy saving of hydraulic system.The experimental study and analysis of 113 load simulator test bed are carried out as an example.Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,we found that there is a certain error between two of them.After analyzing the causes of the error,we can verify the optimal output flow of the system under different working conditions of the hydraulic system.According to different conditions and combined with the experimental conditions,the set of energy-saving methods in the load simulator test bench should be able to save about 7%of the power. |
