It is not mentioned in the <Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment and Ecological Effect>(HJ19-2011)about the influence degree of project's scale of construction on ecological environment,especially the influence of long-distance linear construction projects on ecology is difficult to quantitative evaluate,so this paper will analyze the uncleared problem in the guideline from the perspective of amplitude of variation of landscape scale.This paper takes the humid and sub-humid region in the middle temperate zone as the research object,combined with ArcGIS,geography,landscape ecology,spatial statistics and the other methods,according to the three different scales of large,medium and small and three periods from landscape spatial structure and stability.In terms of the landscape dominance index,diversity index and average biomass to evaluate the ecological regional integrity to reflect the degree of impact for planning or construction projects on the environment.Based on the results of landscape dynamic evaluation at three different scales to discuss the reasons for the low value of landscape diversity index.From the evaluation results,the following four conclusions can be drawn: 1.The landscape at different scales are obviously affected by human activities in different periods,but the dominance index,diversity index and average biomass of each kind of vegetation type in each period are basically remains unchanged,indicating that the landscape at all scales maintains good ecological integrity.2.From the evaluation results of the average biomass in each study area in three periods,and the biomass value at the same scale basically remains the same in residential land and industrial mining land.When the situation is increasing step by step,the dominance of vegetation remains basically remains the same,indicating that under the influence of planning or construction projects,the ecological environment still has the function of self-recovery.3.Influenced by regional differentiation factors,China's mid-temperate humid region to semi-humid region on large scale(latitude)presents a regional spatial sub-region that transits from forestland ecosystem to cultivated land ecosystem.This distribution is mainly affected by the climate.The effect,which is distributed on the medium-scale(provincial)in the middle temperate region to the semi-humid region of Liaoning,also follows the large-scale law to a certain extent,it can be seen that the ecological environment dominated by the big climate is suitable for ecological planning in large and medium scale.4.The distribution on the smallest scale(city)in the middle temperate humid and semi-humid region of Shenyang will form a landscape type with its own development law due to differences in soil,surface water,microclimate and groundwater,with the reinforcement of human-oriented role.If the calculation of landscape diversity index would evaluate under the vegetation category,the evaluation of landscape diversity index may be too low.Therefore,the landscape ecology method needs to classify vegetation types carefully in the smallest scale on the environmental impact assessment.
