Civil aviation flight is inseparable from the escort of aviation meteorological service.The normality of aviation meteorological service is directly related to flight safety,flight normality and aviation economic benefits.Among the various factors affecting the normal flight,the influence of weather factors has increased year by year and has become the most important factor.With the rapid development of meteorological detection technologies such as automated weather observing system,doppler weather radar,and meteorological satellite,the types and quantities of related meteorological observation data have multiplied,and more and more meteorological numerical prediction products have been launched.Therefore,designing and building an aviation meteorological service system platform based on B/S structure,which acquires and integrates various meteorological data provided by local meteorological data and local meteorological bureau,civil aviation meteorological center,etc.,providing users with reliable and accurate meteorological information,its application significance is particularly important.Through the aviation meteorological service system,efficient use of comprehensive information is of great significance for improving the service level and operational support capability of aviation meteorology,ensuring flight safety and flight normality,and improving airport operational efficiency.This paper will conduct the research and design of aviation meteorological service system,and implement it based on B/S structure.Firstly,it analyzes the development of aviation meteorological services and the status quo at home and abroad,the value and significance of the aviation meteorological service system in the context of the development of meteorological equipment,and then introduces the significance,acquisition methods and processing procedures of important meteorological data formats.Then compare the automated observing data acquisition,weather radar product processing method and weather radar echo extrapolation algorithm Tracking Radar Echoes and Optical Flow Method.Through the analysis and design of some key functions,realize the acquisition,processing,integration and display of different data and products of automated weather observing system,doppler weather radar,aviation weather message,satellite cloud and weather images,etc.Currently,aviation meteorological service system has been put into operation,the system provides a reliable weather data for the user airlines,airport authorities,and a good platform for collaborative work between users and decision-making.
