Under the impact of the rapid development of high-speed railways and information technology, the continuous development of modern information technology has provided sufficient preconditions for the development of China's civil aviation industry. This article mainly analyzes and introduces the seat design layout in civil aviation,including:(1)The system introduces the ergonomic design theory and industrial design theory and application of civil airliner passenger seats.(2)Based on(GBT 26158-2010)and(GB 10000-88),establish the latest Chinese human body size database, and build the Chinese human model library by importing the.Swazis file code into CATIA.(3)Based on the design data base of ergonomic human sitting comfort angle range, using 3D software to simulate the comfortable posture range of the Chinese human body model, and then determine the structural size range of the passenger seat, and use CATIA V5 to create a curved surface Design and component design, reference seats should comply with FAR25.562(CCAR25.562)dynamic test safety requirements, the national standard and the American Academy of Passenger Engineers requested the creation of a three-dimensional model of a civil airliner seat.(4)Through the investigation and research on the existing civil aviation passenger seats on the market, the four aspects of product safety, materials, color and form are designed and analyzed.Mechanical design and modification are performed after obtaining the seat parameters.(5)Introduce the established Chinese human body model and passenger aircraft seat model into CATIA ergonomics design and analysis module for static posture analysis and dynamic behavior analysis, hand stretch analysis, visual field checksum, and verify the feasibility of the design method.
