With the exploration of coal resources and the increase of its mining scale,human destruction of water and land resources have increased substantially.As the condition of coordinated development of coal mining area,water and land resources are not only the important foundation for the comprehensive carrying capacity of the region,but are also more related to the threshold of the damage of good water and land resources ecosystems.In this paper,the study area is the four towns and villages in Zezhou County.The four major towns and townships are located in favorable conditions and have great potential for development.However,since the 1980s,most local enterprises that used the extensive mode of operation have seen the rise of energy-heavy chemical industry enterprises,which have brought about more negative effects while promoting the rapid economic development in the region,lead to waste of resources,the deterioration of living environment and production conditions significantly,the regional development vigor gone from bad to worse.So this article in view of the study area of coal mining scale and coordinate the change trend of soil and water resources carrying capacity in time and space dynamic analysis,so as to improve the efficiency of optimal allocation of resources,fundamentally improve land environmental bearing capacity,reasonable expand the scale of coal mining,eventually led to the regional sustainable development.This paper starts from the time-space process of coal mining in the study area by reference to the mode of synchronous resource utilization,constructs the evaluation index system of coal-land-water coordination,adopts the objective entropy method to calculate the weight of relevant evaluation indexes and establishes the coupling coordination degree model,calculate the scale of coal exploitation,the degree of coupling and coordination of the carrying capacity of land and water resources and their dynamic changes in time series;by using the software of ARCGIS spatial analysis function,using the weighted superposition method,take the village as the evaluation unit will be 3 vector lattice in the software layer sequentially stacked,the land in the studied area space evaluation on the environmental bearing capacity analysis based on the partition and the spatial distribution characteristics for environmental capacity put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:(1)Coal mining scale,water and land resources bearing capacity between two of these three time series change rule shows that there is a coupling coordination relationship between the scale of coal mining and the carrying capacity of water and soil resources.Once the scale of coal mining develops too fast,the overall water and land resource carrying capacity will decline in that year.If the coal mining scale is controlled,the bearing capacity of water and land resources will be raised accordingly.In the future,the scale of coal mining should be rationally planned within the scope of its water and land resources carrying capacity so as to protect or even increase the carrying capacity of its land environment.Ultimately,the three will achieve the goal of developing harmony and unity.(2)From the perspective of time series:In addition to the over-exploitation of water and land resources carrying capacity in the study area due to the over-mining of coal in 2011,the overall coupling coordination shows an increasing trend.This shows that the scale of coal mining and the change of its water and land resource carrying capacity in the study area gradually change from disorderly orderly,the three development and coordination.(3)From the point of view of spatial distribution,the three subareas are distributed almost in phase and the corresponding development strategies are formulated according to the spatial distribution characteristics of each subarea:?low coordination zone 1 is mainly distributed in the boundary of the study area,including 47 administrative villages.Coal mining is too small in size and should take advantage of the carrying capacity of land resources to develop and utilize mining land to balance the needs of the coal industry and improve the coupling coordination;?the zone 3 with high coordination are mainly distributed in the mining area.The scale of coal mining is reasonable at present.For abundant water resources,we should pay attention to conserving water sources,saving water and reducing water pollution;?the zone 2 with the largest proportion of 53%is distributed along the Changhe river.It is moderately coordinated and the scale of coal mining is too large.Therefore,the scale of coal mining should be rationally planned within the scope of resource carrying capacity,so that the three can be equally developed and harmoniously unified.(4)The development of countermeasures combined with the coordination of partition of the space distribution characteristics presented in the development and utilization of resources also emphasized the premise of coordinated development,promote the coordinated development of coal mining scale and water and land resources carrying capacity can not only improve the bearing capacity of the regional environment,but also for the future sustainable development has made the science of security.(5)The final results of the study show that in the coal mining analysis of land and water resources of the region coupled superposition based evaluation scale,benefit from the theory to overcome the shortcoming of single evaluation index of land and water resources,shows the relationship between the coupling coordination of coal mining scale,water and land resources carrying capacity between the three,the strength of the human economy the activities of the high area of land and water resources optimum allocation of the importance of coordinated development of the local economy is also stressed,provide a reference for other areas,but also for the future development and utilization of coal resources provides a new perspective to study.
