With the rise of 5G technology, heterogeneous cloud access networks(H-CRANs)and traffic offloading have been gradually attracted widespread attention in the industry.H-CRANs combine the advantages of the large capacity and the low latency of traditional heterogeneous networks(HetNets)and cloud access networks(C-RANs).It also overcomes the shortcomings of both interference and efficiency.Traffic offloading aims at making reasonable path selection and resource allocation for users by means of soft relay, improving the quality of service(Qos)and utilization of network resources, and reducing network operation and maintenance costs. At present, the research on H-CRANs mainly focuses on the optimization of energy efficiency, spectrum efficiency and interference management under the same operator network architecture. There are few studies on how to improve traffic offloading through cooperation among base stations under the scenarios with multi-operators.In addition,a large number of traffic offloading schemes are based on complete link information, without considering the impact of unknown global channel state information on the offloading schemes and performance, which makes the existing models not applicable to real network scenarios. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a scheme for traffic offloading collaboration based on the unknown link state information with several network operator co-existence scenario in the H-CRANs.The content of this paper is also the author’s participation in the Natural Science Foundation project("Research on Contract Theory Based Coordinated Resource Allocation for Heterogeneous Cloud Radio Access Networks",No.61501041).Firstly,this paper studies the problem of upstream traffic uninstallation for H-CRANs users who have already closed their base stations.Because the unloading base station may hide its global channel state information from the closing base station in order to obtain higher reward, the asymmetric information is formed between the closed base station and the active base station.Secondly, considering the rationality and selfish of both parties, this paper uses the contract theory to model and analyze the selection and cooperation of the offloading base station, and divides the radio access and fronthaul performance of the offloading base station into two-dimensional hidden information.Last, this paper simplify the problems and constraints, and derive the optimal contract terms to maximize the utility of both parties.Based on the above research, this paper further proposes the relay selection scenario that jointly considers uplink and downlink traffic demand, and divides the two-level incentive model into multi-level discrete model. This paper derives an algorithm that take into account the radio access and fronthaul performance, the quality of service, and uplink and downlink traffic demand, and prove it converges to an optimal solution,i.e.the optimal contract. Finally,a large number of simulation experiments verify the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed algorithm.
