With the rapid development of the social economy,the global energy crisis and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent.The exploitation and utilization of ocean wave energy has gradually been valued by many countries,various wave energy generating devices emerge in an endless stream,but most of them have the problem of low conversion efficiency.This paper is equipped with a controllable resonance power generation platform based on the oscillating float-type wave energy generator.From the two aspects of wave frequency and wave height,the improved HHT algorithm is integrated into the designed wave buoy platform to improve the extraction accuracy of the wave characteristic frequency firstly.The characteristic frequency is fed back to the wave energy generation system,and then the system utilizes the controllable resonance technique and the maximum power point tracking to achieve maximum efficiency capacitation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:According to the background of wave energy research and the current situation of wave energy utilization at home and abroad,combined with the basic theory of wave and conversion efficiency,this paper proposes an oscillating float-type wave energy controllable resonance power generation system,and expounds the basic structure and working principle of the wave energy power generation system.In order to obtain the main parameters of the wave,this paper designs a wave characteristic parameter extraction platform based on MEMS sensor and STM32 microcontroller.The wave data processing algorithm of accelerometer,gyroscope and magnetometer is integrated in the platform,and the basic process of wave characteristic parameters extraction is expounded.In order to obtain the wave main frequency parameters more accurately,the traditional time-frequency analysis algorithm HHT is improved.In the improved HHT algorithm,this paper uses the mirror extension method to suppress the endpoint effect in the process of mode decomposition,and uses cubic Hermite interpolation instead of cubic spline interpolation to eliminate the envelope overshoot and undershoot.The feasibility and effectiveness of the designed wave buoy scheme and the improved algorithm are verified by experiments.According to the main frequency parameters of the wave feedback from the buoy platform,and it is combined with the characteristics of the controllable resonance powergeneration system,this paper utilizes the core device rigidity adjuster to adjust the natural frequency of the energy-enhancing device in the system to keep it consistent with the main frequency of wave to achieve the resonance state.Then the maximum power point tracking control technology is utilized to achieve the maximum efficiency capacitation of the wave energy generation system in the end.
