| In this paper,we prove some fixed point theorems in metric spaces and b-metric spaces for a class of discontinuous two-argument operators,which map X x X into X.Applying a new inductive inequality(Lemma3.2.3),we prove the existence and uniqueness of fixed point for such mappings.An example is finally given to show the corre.ctness of the results. |
