Target location is widely used in military industry and civilian areas.Countries all over the world are actively studying positioning methods,which makes the location technique develop continually.Active positioning technology transmit signal by using the transmitter,determine the target location according to the nature of the echo received by the receiver.Passive positioning technology determine the target location by using the receiver to receive the signal from the target itself.Sound source location technology is a branch of passive location technology.This paper summarizes the previous experience,aiming at the low accuracy of air target detection,studied the time-delay estimation method.Achieved the air sound source positioning by using the acoustic sensor array.Built the sound source positioning system,analyzed its performance through practical test.The main contents of this paper include:1.Pre-processing the signal obtained by the sensor by using the wavelet denoising,improving signal to noise ratio,The influence of gaussian white noise in air on delay estimation is reduced.Removed part of the interference signal by filtering.2.Estimating the time-delay by HB weighting generalized cross-correlation,removing the information irrelevant to the time-delay estimation in the signal,increasing the source signal component,the cross-correlation function peak value of the signals received by each sensor is more obvious at low signal to noise ratio.The accuracy of time delay estimation is improved.3.Studied the positioning mode of three-dimensional five-element array,simulated the error of this mode.Aiming at the problems of three-dimensional five-element array,such as the short positioning distance and the positioning accuracy is affected by the direction of sound source and the shape of array,a multi-array passive acoustic location algorithm based on far-field model is proposed.4.Select the appropriate hardware to build the system,Regulating the responseamplitude and frequency of each acoustic sensor to the same signal is the same by experiment.By measuring the sound source in different angle,it is verified that the measurement accuracy of the system is not affected by the angle of sound source.Finally,doing the localization experiment of sound source in three-dimensional space,the results show that the positioning error of the system is slight,the system has a high positioning accuracy and is feasible.
