Pyrethroid insecticides are widely used as effective substitutes for organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides due to their weak environmental persistence and low toxicity.Beta cypermethrin(?-CYP)is a kind of high lipophilic insecticide with environmental estrogenic effect.It is widely used in indoor and field pest control.Environmental estrogen(EEs)can induce male animals to express female specific protein.This results in impaired sexual and male reproductive function in male animals.Selenium(Se)is a kind of micronutrient element,it has well-known antioxidant properties and is very important to human health.Se is one of the core elements of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),which mainly exists in testis.It has protective effect on oxidative damage of nucleus and mitochondrial membrane in the process of sperm differentiation,and is also a structural protein formed in the neck of spermatozoa.Se and selenoprotein can ensure sperm motility and provide protection against reactive oxygen species.Selenium-rich spirulina(Se-SP)is a new natural antioxidant with high nutritional value.Method:1.By detecting the development condition of the gonad of the zebrafish,the activity of the sperm,the activity of the antioxidant enzyme,the tissue slice,the level of the secretion of the hormone,the expression of the related protein and the related gene in the occurrence of the sperm,to investigate the protective effect of Se-SP on the reproductive system of male zebrafish exposed to P,CYP.2.The protective effect of Se-SP on the embryonic development of Zebrafish exposed to ?-CYP was investigated by observing the development of the zebra fish embryos,the autonomous extraction rate of the 24 hpf embryos,the hatching rate and the heart rate of the 48 hpf embryos,and the body-axis bending rate of 72 hpf and 96 hpf embryos.Results:1.The integrity of the DNA of zebrafish is destroyed by the P-CYP,and the DNA is broken.2.?-CYP can reduce the number of spermatozoa of zebra fish,decrease the motility of sperm,shorten the cycle of sperm activity,damage the DNA,of sperm,break the DNA of sperm and destroy the integrity of DNA.3.?-CYP can affect the development of the gonad of the zebrafish,promote the biosynthesis of the vitellogenin(VTG)and the secretion of the estrogen(E2),increase the number of the spermatogonial cells and the number of the spermatocytes,and reduce the number of the sperm cells and the quantity of the supporting cells.4.50 mg/L Se-SP(Se:2 mg/g Se-SP)almost completely inhibited the toxic effect of?-CYP.The protective mechanism of Se-SP in the treatment of the testis of the zebrafish exposed to P-CYP is to increase the expression of odf3b,igf3,insl3 and dmrtl by down-regulating the expression of cpyl9a,nanos2,piwill,dazl and sycp 3,enhance the activity of the anti-oxidation enzyme and increase the secretion of the androgen,thereby affecting the production of testosterone and the occurrence of the sperm.5.?-CYP can affect the development of the zebra fish,reduce the hatching rate of the zebrafish,and increase the acute frequency of the zebra fish embryo.6.Se-SP can reduce the toxic effect of the P-CYP on the development of the zebra fish.Conclusion:1.Se-SP can effectively inhibit the oxidative damage of the reproductive system caused by the exposure of P-CYP during the differentiation of spermatocytes.2.Se-SP can effectively increase the sperm number,sperm motility,sperm motility and sperm DNA integrity of zebra fish exposed to P-CYP.2.Se-SP can effectively inhibit the toxic effect of the P-CYP on the development of the zebra fish.
