The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Meteorological Information Management And Sharing Service Platform In Jilin Province

In order to improve the capacity of meteorological service in our province and meet the needs of meteorological service development,we urgently need to establish a comprehensive meteorological information management and shared service platform in Jilin province.Achieve the complete sharing and full and effective application of meteorological observation data,forecast service products and global meteorological data and products issued by the China Meteorological Administration at the provincial,municipal and county levels;To realize the effective opening and service to the government,industry departments and the public,the management and application of comprehensive meteorological information in our province has been significantly improved.This paper designs and implements a complete set of platforms for comprehensive meteorological information management and sharing services in Jilin Province,providing a basis for promoting meteorological information services in Jilin Province.The platform is divided into three subsystems,namely,the information transmission and processing system,the information real-time service monitoring system,and the WebGis meteorological information sharing service system.It is located in a provincial-level information network center.Through the Jilin Meteorological Service Network,it forms an information management sharing platform for unified storage,standardized management,and hierarchical sharing of meteorological information.The project will adopt a unified design,unified development,and unified layout of the development method.Can process,store,share,display and archive the data of the original data of the observation station,the service products of the meteorological service department of the province,and the data and products issued by the National meteorological information center..By implementing the platform for integrated meteorological information management and shared services in Jilin province,we can not only increase the degree of automation of meteorological information services in Jilin province,but also improve the efficiency of meteorological departments.It can better serve disaster prevention and mitigation,flood control and drought relief,and the lives of local people.
