In recent yeaxs, dengue fever has become a serious public health issue troubling more than 100 countries around the world. The incidence of dengue fever is rising rapidly in China, and the epidemic has gradually spread from the southeast coastal areas to the whole country. The prevention and treatment of dengue fever is a problem that cannot be ignored. The modeling of dengue transmission model plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of this disease.Dengue has two distinct patterns of transmission in the aedes mosquito population:horizontal and vertical.Horizontal transmission mainly refers to the infection of susceptible mosquitoes by biting infected humans or other organisms.Vertical transmission mainly refers to the transmission of disease from infected mosquitoes to their offspring.Vertical transmission of dengue cannot be ignored, and there are reasons to believe that the interstitial outbreaks of dengue in human populations are inseparable from vertical transnission. This paper focuses on the vertical transmission of dengue fever in aedes mosquitoes. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the global development status of dengue fever and determines the main research direction of this paper. The second chapter introduces several common dengue models, including the standard R-M model, the population variable model, the saturated infection rate model, the incuba?tion period model and the model considering mother-to-child transmission in mosquito vector populations. In the third chapter, based on the model of the second chapter. We establish and analyze the vertical transmission model of dengue fever in the aedes mosquito population under the ideal condition of blocking the connection between the aedes mosquito population and human population:(?)Based on the above model,we further explore the effect of vertical transmission of aedes mosquitoes on dengue virus transmission. The fourth chapter is the conclusion.
