The research of ecological base flow in the basalt area of Changbai mountain refers to the maximization of the exploitation and utilization of natural mineral water resources on the premise of ensuring the regional ecological environment system to maintain a good state of development,so as to realize the rapid development of regional economy. The mineral water resources in the basalt area of Changbai mountain have the advantages of large and stable flow rate and high content of metasilic acid. However, the ecological environment system on which it depends is relatively fragile. The research on ecological base flow in the research area is to ensure the sustainable development of mineral water resources in the future and bring good social and economic benefits. The evaluation results provide a scientific and theoretical basis for the local government to make decisions and management. In this paper, the hydrological and meteorological characteristics and spatial and temporal distribution rules of the rivers in the region are analyzed by fully referring to the results of previous studies, and the runoff of the rivers is analyzed by the base flow to determine the proportion of base flow.Four common methods of hydrology were used to calculate and analyze the ecological flow and get the recommended value.Based on the calculated ecological base flow, the mineral spring mining coefficient based on this was proposed, and Suggestions and measures were put forward for the development and protection of mineral water. The main results are as follows:(1)River runoff analysis:the surface water resources in the study area are calculated by using contour lines. The average annual surface water resources in the study area are66.03×10~8m~3,and the groundwater resources in the study area are 7.03×10~8m~3.Through digital filtering method and FBI method, the daily runoff data of Zhuanggang hydrological station in the lower reaches of manjiang river in 1996 were cut into the base flow, and the base flow accounted for 43.29%of the runoff.(2)Calculation of ecological base flow:using the various methods of hydrology, such as Montana method, base flow ratio method, the most average monthly flow method and Texas method,to calculate the ecological base flow of the recommended research area:Jingyu county Ehe river basin the area is 0.01~0.18m~3/s,the spring group district of Qinglong river basin is0.01~0.08m~3/s,the spring group district of Huangni river basin is 0.01~0.15m~3/s,and the spring group district of Baijiang river basin is 0.01~0.10m~3/s;the Fusong county Manjiang spring group is 0.19~1.36m~3/s,the Songjianghe spring group is 0.21~1.21m~3/s,and the Antou County Naitouhe spring group river basin is 0.13~0.89m~3/s.(3)The relationship between river base flow and ecological base flow:river base flow refers to underground runoff, which is the amount of groundwater replenishment river;river ecological base flow is to prevent the deterioration of aquatic ecological environment caused by flow reduction or interruption in river channel, and the river needs to maintain The amount of water flowing in the river. The ecological base flow accounts for about 10%to 30%of the river runoff, and the river base flow accounts for about 20%to 40%of the river runoff. It can be seen that the ecological base flow is smaller than the river base flow.(4)Mineral water development and protection:a comparative analysis was made before the river ecological flow, average runoff over many years and mineral spring flow obtained in the previous chapter, and the suggested mineral spring mining coefficient was.Suggestions and measures are put forward for the development and protection of mineral water.
