The urban heat island effect is a kind of urban environment problem which is derived from the process of urbanization.The deterioration of urban environment directly affects the quality of life of urban residents and the sustainable development of city.Therefore,the quantitative study of the temporal and spatial variation of urban heat island effect and the driving force of heat island,the predicting of the future development of urban heat island,which is important to formulate specific measures to alleviate the urban heat island and improve the ecological environment of the city.Landsat image was taken as the main data source and Haidian District was taken as the research area.Remote sensing images of three phases in July 9,2005,June 5,2010 and August 22,2015 were selected to analyze the heat island effect of Haidian District,which from three aspects such as the inversion of surface temperature based on single window algorithm,the classify of heat island grades and the temporal and spatial pattern,the dynamic degree,the spatial aggregation and the heat transfer of heat island effects.Elevation gradient,NDVI,NDBI,MNDWI is used to represent the terrain,vegetation coverage,building coverage and water coverage in Haidian District.Taking the regression analysis between the four index and surface temperature inversion and quantitative analysis of the driving factors of the heat island effect in Haidian District to deliver the driving force analysis results.A CA-Markov model suitable for the simulation of heat island in Haidian District was constructed,which based on that results.Simulating the heat island of Haidian District and comet to some conclusion.1 From 2005 to 2010,the change of Haidian District heat island intensity showed the characteristics of high grade heat island area to low grade and reduction of total heat island area,which shows that the heat island effect was inhibited.From 2010 to 2015,the change of Haidian District heat island grade showed a trend of low grade to high grade,the heat island area and the total area of heat island area increased,and the heat island effect showed a worsening trend.2 The main reason for the change of urban heat island is the change of underlying surface types.Terrain factor elevation and slope,NDVI and MNDWI were negatively correlated with surface temperature.The weakening effect of vegetation and water body on Urban Heat Island was obvious.The building index NDBI was positively correlated with the surface temperature,and the high building coverage will aggravate the deterioration of Urban Heat Island3 The CA-Markov model was used to simulate the urban heat island,and the heat island in Haidian District was obtained in 2020.The results show that the area of heat island increased in 2020,and the thermal environment of the city showed a worsening trend in the year of 2015.Without artificial intervention,the urban heat island in Haidian District will continue to deteriorate,and the ecological security and species diversity will be seriously threatened.
