In this paper, the F-1 generation population of'White'and A.eriantha male were used as experimental materials to analyze the genetic characteristics of main agronomic traits of kiwifruit. The main economic traits of the kiwifruit hybrid population were statistically investigated and analyzed. The number of male plants in the population was296,the number of female plants was 267,and the male plants were 29 more than the female plants. The sex ratio of the population was 1:1?X2=0.01?;The distribution of five important economic traits is 10.05-64.33 g for single fruit,1.61-2.52 for fruit shape index?longitudinal diameter/transverse diameter?,10.40%-18.67%for soluble solids, and 543.39%-1677.12 mg·100 g-1 FW for vitamin C content.and 24.41-196.74?g·g-1FW for chlorophyll content; The average level was 39.55g,1.96,13.64%,1 009.36 mg?100 g-1 FW,79.67?g·g-1 FW;Coefficient of variation was 23.74%,11.04%,12.71%,22.44%,and 41.20%,respectively.The five traits were consistently distributed in the kiwifruit population, and the distribution characteristics were consistent with the normal distribution.Through continuous observation and recording of flowering time of A.eriantha population, the flowering stage of kiwifruit began in mid-May,about one month later than the flowering of Actinidia chinensis. The genes controlling the flowering pathways,FD and LFY,have almost no difference in the amino acid sequences of the proteins in the Actinidia chinensis and A.eriantha.Reanalysis of the promoter regions of FD and LFY genes in Chinese and Phyllostachys pubescens, and found that the promoter of FD gene in Phyllostachys pubescens is missing a sequence. This region can be bound by the protein encoded by the downstream gene LFY.LFY can function as a transcription factor to bind the promoter of FD gene in both in Actinidia chinensis and A.eriantha.More intense than late flower varieties.
