Bio-enzymatic organic liquid is made from Laminaria japonica Aresch.,fermented and decomposed at low temperature.It is rich in various algae active substances and nutrients,which can effectively promote the growth and development of plants.From plant uses,Chrysanthemum morifolium(ornamental plant),Solanum lycopersicom(edible fruit vegetable)and Nicotiana tabacum(leaf cash crop)were systematically used to explore effects of bio-enzymatic organic liquid on the morphological structure and physiological biochemistry.Moreover,the optimal concentration was suggested.The results could provide theoretical and scientific basis for the application of bio-enzymatic organic liquid.The main results were as follows:1.Some morphological indexes and photosynthetic parameters of Chrysanthemum morifolium were significantly promoted after the application of bio-enzymatic organic liquid on root.The dilution multiples which affected the facilitation of bio-enzymatic organic liquid to the growth of plant height,intemode length,the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were in the following order:300 times>500 times>100 times>700 times>CK.300 times treatment was the best for the growth of C morifolium.The plant height,internode length,leaf area,the net photosynthetic rate,the stomatal conductance,the intercellular CO2 concentration,the photochemical rate and electron transport rate of PSII were increased by 35.18%,41.12%,41.90%,21.51%,51.09%,14.52%,26.38%and 35.76%,respectively.At the same time,the maximum photosynthetic rate and light saturation point of the leaves were also promoted,and the light energy utilization efficiency of C.morifolium was significantly improved.2.The plant growth,the light energy utilization efficiency and the fruit quality of Solanum lycopersicum were significantly promoted after the application of bio-enzymatic organic liquid on root.500 times treatment was the best for the growth of S.lyeopersicum.The plant height,stem base diameter,leaf area,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,electron transport rate and photochemical reaction efficiency were increased by 53.67%,27.00%,19.47%,51.63%,20.82%,5.00%and 2.00%,respectively.The dilution multiples which affected the facilitation of bio-enzymatic organic liquid to the accumulation of the soluble sugar,organic acid and soluble solids in the fruits of S.lycopersicum were in the following order:500 times>700 times>300 times>100 times>CK.The content of soluble sugar,organic acid,soluble solids and vitamin C in fruit were increased by 66.46%,36.61%,12.45%and 105.68%in 500 times treatment.The taste of fruit has been effectively improved.3.The morphological indexes and photosynthetic parameters of Nicotiana tabacum were significantly promoted after the application of the proper dilution multiples bio-enzymatic organic liquid on leaves(300 times,500 times,700 times).Among these treatments,500 times was the best for the growth of N.tabacum.The plant height,leaf area,the chlorophyll a content,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were increased by 26.49%,41.90%,27.89%,60.70%,126.27%and 159.52%,respectively.Moreover,the maximum photochemical efficiency and light saturation point and light compensation point also significantly increased.However,the plants of N.tabacum grew slowly in 100 times treatment,the amount of dry matter accumulation,photosynthesis and light response curve fitting parameters were lower than those in CK.In addition,the total phenolic content increased significantly.We speculated high concentration of bio-enzymatic organic liquid repressed the plant growth of N.tafbacum for the leaves osmotie stress.In summary,the suitable concentration of bio-enzymatic organic liquid could promote the growth of Chrysanthemum morifolium,Solanum lycopersicum and Nicotiana tabacum,and increase their light energy utilization efficiency.The optimum dilution multiples of bio-enzymatic organic liquid applied on root were 300 times and 500 times in C.morifolium and S.lycopersicum,respectively.The optimum dilution multiples of bio-enzymatic organic liquid applied on leaves was 500 times in N.tabacum,whose growth was inhibited in 100 times treatment.
